- With a coverage of around 20km, get into an agreement with an ISP for enough bandwidth to cover everyone in this area at the agreed rate. Invest in a connection of 100MBps. Your datacenter should be in building of high elevation compared to the others in the area. You can use Mikrotik software for managing the users, and individual bandwidths.
- A nanostation will be set up at each customer's house amd run a cable to a totolink router. ISP should set up your account to your router and not theirs.
