FEMTO 3.0 Progress

Universal Changes:
-All classes will have a "Pure" bonus, granting a bonus to single classes. This will be a bonus to out of combat stuff for the most part to help give an edge/nice benefit to the things those classes are expected to be great/trained in.
-All recharges will be lowered to a max of 4, with the exception of transformations like Nature Elemental or Avatar. The aim with this is to give players more options more often so you always have choices to make (unless you built specifically to have down periods of cooldown, or just want to basic attack spam. Whatever floats your boat). Additionally this should let you use most of the skills at least twice in an average thread.
-Warrior and Spellcaster class tags removed, because making classes exclusively physical or magical was a poor decision
-Skill tags in a class now have a mix of weapon, spell, and untagged
-Skills that deal damage will now say so in their description to clear any rare instances of confusion
