  6. Gonna laugh while you guys wait for an official EU/NA version of Closers, the company is registered in a tax haven country, you can't find it with registers... for that I say is private company, this is my community of Lost Saga Europe, not a random person as you can see.

  13. From one owner of a small company to another, I didn't actually expect to be able to find your company through any registers anyways. However, I was more or less comppletely unable to find anything about your company at all. Regardless of whether you have a community or not, you have no reputation.

  23. It is entirely possible for false positives to happen. However, you have still failed to properly research your target audience. The majority of players in the Closers HQ Discord server have dedicated a large chunk of time and money into their respective versions of their games. Beyond that, there are free options available in the form of the Japanese, Indonesian, and Chinese versions of the game. Closers HQ is affiliated with Soul Worker HQ as well as Elsword HQ and have a reputation of being able to provide all the assistance and translations that a new player will ever need. There is very little chance that players will end up leaving their respective servers to start over entirely on a new, private server.

  25. There are also many problems with private servers. Firstly, you have likely obtained your client and server files illegally either through a leak or reverse engineering. Secondly, it is extremely difficult for small private servers to gain the trust of any community - especially when money is involved. Thirdly, I am not the person you need to be addressing. While I will be voicing against your private server, you need to A) obtain the permission to advertise your server in another server from the proper authorities and B) then convince the people in those servers to abandon the time and effort they have already dedicated to completely start over in a new, potentially unstable server.

  27. Ignoring the fact that your actions potentially violate certain laws, private servers also tend to lag behind in updates or change core game mechanics for the worse. In the worst case, this could be a scheme to steal personal information. As a result, any "official" server will ALWAYS receive more support than a potentially dangerous privately owned one. While companies like Naddic, Sega, Megaxus, and Tencity have reputations and are subject to laws that keep them under control, your Laxion Games is almost entirely unknown and have no regulations.

  32. On a side note, just because your company is registered such that you evade taxes does not mean that it is, or should be, impossible to find your company. Google, for example, have headquarters set up in Central and South America purely for the purpose of tax evasion. I'm fairly certain you could ask nearly anyone in a first world country who Google is and they will be able to answer.

The purpose of host the company in a tax haven is not because evade tax, on tax havens there is no DMCA, our servers are not unstable like the crappy ones you see around, our servers in Europe are in the Netherlands, 2000$ /month, and Belize for NA, High DDoS protections and network speed, We take this as a business, not something temporary. We gonna open SoulWorker also too.

  42. You have failed to address my points. I do not care what your reasons for registering in an undisclosed country are, but being unable to find any useful information at all is suspicious. Furthurmore, you misunderstood what I meant by unstable. Network connections will never be perfect regardless of how much you spend on it. High cost does not equate to high performance. What I meant was that you cannot guarantee that the server will be running one month, or one year, or 5 years from now. You cannot guarantee that you will have a continuous stream of new players. You cannot guarantee that you will be able to constantly provide new, interesting gameplay in the same way the original server is. Most importantly, you have yet to mention anything about the state of your security. You also have yet to even attempt to address any of the other points I made previously.

  54. Once again, you have failed to refute any points I have made thus far. You say you will run your servers for as long as you continue to receive donations, however, you have not stated any kind of long term plan to maintain your income whether it be from donations or other sources. There is no guarantee that you can keep the server up for the long term. Additionally, simply because you do not renew a contract or license yearly does not mean your server will be available forever. How do you intend to attract new players to your server when there are other, more stable, official options?

  56. Once again, I suggest you obtain permission to host or advertise a live Q&A rather than talk to me in private. Also be aware that I am not bound by a non-disclosure agreement and will release these chat logs if necessary.

Again, you don't get my point, Official servers have more expenses than a private server, you say Official servers are more stable, but I see many official servers closing down in less than a year of starting... private server or officials can have the same live duration, you never know... well I left already this discord, see ya.
