Step 2: Activate Black Whirlwind on Simoom's summon and add Auster the South Winds to your hand
Step 3: Normal Summon Auster;
Chain Link 1: Use Auster's effect to summon Harmattan
Chain Link 2: Activate Black Whirlwind on the summon of Auster and add Oroshi the Squall
Step 4: Activate Harmattan's effect, targeting Auster and increasing its own level by 4
Step 5: Special Summon Oroshi with its own effect and use it and Simoom to summon Wee Witch's Apprentice
Step 6: Use Auster and Harmattan to summon Blackwing Full Armor Master
