She covers her mouth. She makes a weird little giggle. It's a major mood shift, but thinking about Fei --!!

But she doesn't elaborate to Ivan about that.

Looking up, she says, "May I ask you a question?"

Whoa! Giggling. Apparently love is magical!

And then she suddenly wants to know if she can ask Ivan a question. He tenses, looking back and forth around himself like she might have been addressing someone else.

"Y-yes? Maybe? What is it?"

One such sentence is approaching.

"... Do you feel that same way, about Lydia?"

<Pose Tracker> Ivan has posed.
"Do I... do I... do I what?!"

Ivan scrambles to flee with such chaotic force that he falls over backwards in his chair.

"...I didn't promise to answer! I didn't even all the way agree to be asked!"

Ivan strikes the blubbersome back of a beastman nearly eight feet tall. "WHOA NOW!" booms Mobile Richard. "Say now, half portion, settle down. Don't slam into a man when he's eating an entire squid."

As Mobile Richard proceeds to do exactly that, Elly giggles behind her hand. "Sorry - sorry! But... I think I understand."

[OOC] Ivan says, "Don't slam into a man when he's eating an entire squid." Bahahahaha"
[OOC] Elhaym van Houten says, "sperm whales are basically just murderous squid-vacuums"
<Pose Tracker> Ivan has posed.
"Ah! No! I'm settling, I'm settling!"

Ivan climbs back up but is too wary to sit down, now, just gripping the back of the chair and ready to take flight.

"What do you mean you understand! There's nothing to understand!! I didn't answer! I am a mystery!!!" More often to himself than to other people, but that's not going to stop him from insisting on it.

More to the point, Ivan has only recently begun to grapple with the fact that he has anything resembling basic human feelings, he isn't ready to have any advanced ones like /being in love./
