then, thoughts of how he worked hard for 6 months and barely saved enough money to pay the tuition for just a semester, and to pay a deposit for the room that he used to rent before when he was living with fmc. flashback of fmc acting cute for him, asking if he woke up and telling him how she will now cook his favorite food. fb over and mc thinks how, it will be hard to pay for his living expenses and think how he can do smth about that with that other spare room.

mc posts a 'roommate wanted' flyer for 200k won a month and details the benefits that comes with it. then, he thinks how the deal is great and he should receive calls in no time. then, some girl, dejected cause with the money she had from her mother, it wasn't enough in finding a place to rent? then she finds mc's ad and goes 'ah? roommate?' and is amazed of how cheap the price is. she then decides that the roommate ad offer is sufficient and how it's okay to share a room. then, the new girl goes all excited to start her new college dream life from now on. new girl then details how she will get to make new friends and date with a nice guy. *end of season 1* tbc... in december!

next is words from the roommate writer. he offers thanks and kinda words of apology? and details how despite of everything, he was able to make 62 episodes that weren't exactly short? then, thanks and details how, for about 3 months + from now, during which he will work hard to develop the toon's story and characters and save how, when he will save plenty manuscripts for it, he will return again with season 2. then, he lets us know that he will try hard as usual in his work and thanks for the readers.
