  3. CCTV outside and inside the property covering the main doors and entry points, footage is backed up to DVR as well as an external hard drive, the footage is saved every 8 hours. Also accessible via mobile phone ZOSI application, and can be moved around by remote. Cameras also have internal batteries in the case of power cuts.

  7. Motion sensors and door contacts have batteries that last 2 years before needing to be changed, when set off it activates the wired siren as well as text Rico Evans mobile phone. Remote controlled to deactivate.

  9. Motion sensors are placed by the front door, back wall on ground floor, and windows of second floor. Cameras are placed by the front door inside and the back wall. Exterior cameras are placed around the vicinity to cover all angles as much as possible.
