  1. Kowai begins his intense training as he begins to run his shoes hitting the dirt getting really dirty...He didn't care he wanted to reach his goal no matter what and it was to get 100 miles in his running and various others...It would be hard but he decided to do it anyways and not to lack in his training...After 3 miles his face was drenched sweat as he had begun to run again after a little break after 10 miles his whole clothes were all drenched in sweat but he took a drink of water and kept on going. After a good 35 miles, he dropped to the floor but he was determined...He had kept on going and going even if his feet had fallen he would keep going he would even crawl to reach his goal after 50 miles he started to see mirages and illusions but he kept going. After 75 whole miles, he was close...But he was almost to near death...And ran out of sweat to use...As he reached 100 miles he had fallen to the floor...He woke up a few hours later...He was happy but soon realized he wasn't strong enough to do all this but he didn't care he kept going to prove himself as a strong person so he wouldn't be hated...He totally forgot he was wearing weights the whole time...He was proud of himself...But still wanted to grow...

After that, he decided to do 10000 handseals after an hour he had been really tired as he had been doing a lot of them after a few hours his hands and fingers had turned numb...And he couldn't feel them he had fallen to the floor as he kept doing it...And he had done 10000 his hands were completely red as sweat had dripped from his horns...He had done it 10000 handseals now he needed to do 1000 handseals squats he drank water and kept going. After 250 squats his legs were sweating so much...his back was dripping with sweat...Sweat everywhere...And I mean everywhere...He had been completely drained...His energy was all gone...He had felt so tired but he had one more exercise...He needed to do and he was done and it was the night...Then he can relax...

His last exercise was to do...100000 Punches and 10000 Kicks he had been really tired from the other exercises it was in the dead of night so he needed to do it quickly before morning he rushed as he finished doing...His whole body had been dried up as he drank water and ate some food...And went to bed. In the morning he had gone back to the place when everyone goes to the center of the village to relax and tell people of his experience training...As he waited for something to do...
