Hello Nexon,

I would like to request help, My hands are shaking as I write this cry to help. I have been a member of the Maple community since 2006. This is not my main account nor the account in question. I want to make very clear that the account in question has been compromised and my character that i have put my heart and soul into for the past 4 years. not to mention the Tens of thousands of dollars i have spent on this game. I am well aware that i have spent over 15,000 dollars USD on nexon cards.

My character was silverbg2, The 2nd bowmaster to level to 200. The 25th Person in maplestory to become level 200. I have been a role model for so many of your players. Every day when i was on silverbg2. A person would come up to me and say "OMG ITS SILVERBG2, your my role model!!!!!1!" That's not what exactly happened every day but something similar to that.

My ultimate goal is re-obtain my character above everything else and my ranking. My bowmaster means the world to me. This game has been my life. I was hacked once before and my character was not deleted, and my gear was over time returned to me. Which to this day I am still thankful for. At that time, my account was shared which is against the Terms of service, but since that day, i have forbid anyone to login in my character. GM Tiara told me never to share personal information again and GM Tiara was my role model for much of my maple carrier. Please hear my cry for help.

The issue is not sharing personal account, the problem is hotmail and nexon. Someone managed to hack my hotmail and my nexon account. The only two computers I log-in to maple are form my desktop and my laptop that is 10 feet away form me desktop. I request that my account and items be returned to me with the proper stat's and my rank as 2nd bowmaster to reach 200 and 25th person overall. I can provide very detailed information about my characters gear. I will not accept a "10k maple points compensation" because even as a company, you should recognize that 4 years of my life should be worth more than 10 dollars... Please hear my cry as i have tears as i write this
