After the world’s most feared villain discovers the secret to stealing quirks, he goes after the top ranked heroes and kills them in order to get his hands on their children. Days later, the number one hero finds out who’s behind the murders and a raging battle ensues, destroying the city.

Heart City Orphanage (or at least what’s left of it) – 2035

“You can’t take these children!” Deku shouted, shaking as he tried standing up from the rubble after being pounded to the ground yet again by his archnemesis Kecchan. “Do you seriously want to kill a bunch of kids, just so you can get their quirks?!”

“YOU IDIOT!” Kecchan was boiling with rage, blasting Deku away into a half-destroyed building with his grenade gauntlets. “These aren’t just stupid, stinking children, they’re descendants of powerful heroes. If I can get my hands on them, I can transfer their quirks over to me and bend the world into my will!”

“There won’t be a world left for you to enslave if you keep destroying it…” Deku mumbled before falling to the ground once again, this time unable to get back up.

“Die, you bastard!” Kecchan yelled, rushing forward and grabbing Deku by his neck, choking him. “You may have inherited One for All, but compared to me, you’re nothing but a weakling.”

“I’m going to be honest with you, Kecchan,” Deku said. “I am a weakling. The world thinks of me as Allmight’s gift to the world, but the truth is, I’m not always going to have a smile on my face and I sure as hell can’t save everyone. That day when I tried to save you from the sludge monster, all I thought about was how I couldn’t save everyone. But then I realised something: no matter how many times a hero is knocked down, they always get back up, and there will be times where I can’t save everyone, but I will always give it 100% and go beyond!”



“Then why couldn’t you save these poor children?” Kecchan laughed, dropping Deku on the ground and aiming his gauntlet at him. “Everyone will know you died a weakling, Deku the so-called hero falling to the ground and proving he was Allmight’s disappointment. It doesn’t matter now because I told you all those years ago I’d become more popular than Allmight and I did! I’m the most popular villain and soon I’ll be a world-conqueror, all it takes is one shot!”

Charging all his energy into his feet, Deku leaps over Bakugo, dodging his explosion and counteracts it by landing a kick on his chest, sending him away into another street with one powerful blast.

‘I have just enough time to get the kids out of here before he strikes again,’ Deku thought to himself.

Holding onto the kids with all the strength he had left, Deku leaped into the air and flew away, looking for someone to hold onto the children.

“Deku!” An old frail man called from a tiny house on the outer side of the city. “Over here!”

Deku landed on the ground, leaving the kids behind with the old man as he leaped off again and flew away to fight Kecchan.

A little boy sat on the ground and began to cry, not able to handle losing his parents.

“Shh, it’s going to be okay little one,” the old man said. “Everything will be alright.”
