🍒 CHAERI was born in seoul, south korea and has an older brother. when she was five, her family moved to beijing, china because of her parents' job. CHERRY has been introduced to chinese acrobatics at the young age of six and developped a love for dancing. she can do chinese acrobatics, modern and contemporary dances. after ten years of living in beijing, the kwon family moved back to seoul after the parents' contracts ended. on 2016, CHERRY started mingling with the entertainment industry when she entered PLEDIS ENTERTAINMENT, but later left due to personal reasons.
