Philosophy: Is willing to have xenos work under him but never as an equal or superior. Will not tolerate chaos under any circumstance but will allow warp based tech
Methods: He wants to maintain the status quo of humans being the dominant race the creation of a new empire will interfere with that. He is unflinching in this goal and will do anything he can to maintain it.

Allies: for an unknown reason forgeworld hermes often supplies the fleet with materials they need via massive unmarked transport barges. He also has created ties with the deathwatch arguing he needs the emperors finest to beat back the alien invaders and on sevral occasions is able to bring a kill team under his command.
Personal: the main body of the inquistors forces are low level admech priests and human serfs however those known as the acolytes are all unique and powerful individuals. They all serve him above anyone else and are his best men sent out on the post important assignments.
