I have not seen him since April 4th which is why i called to report him missing . I had not heard anything  on my business  trip so i figured he   found his way home . If he was at the fair he might not of been there alone . He might of been there with someone who has him underderess . He might be all those things but he is my son , He is 17 . and i want him home ."

Given the fact that we have a positive sighting of him. and he didn't appear to be in any distress. Leads me to think he is running from someone or something.
[16:06] ρєєρ βoηєtto  (shana.beardmore) appears confused "I thought that if a child was missing for more than 72 hours, its mandated that law enforcement or CPS to register the child with the National Center for Missing and exploited children.  At that time FBI would be notified of the child missing"

[16:09] D.J Taylor (smith.pawpad): That is True in most case's if we suspect foul play or kidnapping but all signs and evidence just points to him as a runaway. The FBI is our last result.
