I think that I would be a great addition to the staff team as not only is the server lacking EU mods, I also know the game very well and while some may argue that I "assume too fast", I do not believe that is the case. Thanks to my experience, especially on the Roxbot server I know how the hits on the server and I find it easier to tell than others when somebody is out of the maximum minecraft hit range (3 blocks) and still getting hits due to my play style and my knowledge of how latency can effect this too. Whilst I do feel like my knowledge of the game is more than most average players, that is not the only reason that I want to apply for mod. Recently I have noticed a surplus of ghost client using hackers whilst I have been playing on alt accounts who would not be able to get the kinds of hits they do against me on my main account, and I honestly do not believe that some / most of the staff team would be able to tell are cheating at all. Not only does this effect how new players or "randoms" joining the server for the first time because they get rediculed for hackusating a more "known player", I have noticed more and more players getting annoyed that this problem hasnt been resolved yet even after there has been bountiful evidence, myself included. I have a passion for this server and I enjoy it a lot, I have made countless new friends from playing on it and I have so many fond memories, seeing all of these closet cheaters (not to mention all the daily bhoppers) makes me feel more and more obligated to do something about it as I want the server to carry on being as great as ever and so that hopefully more players (new and old) can also experience this like I did.
There is also the benefit of me being from England so I have a great timezone to be on the server when not many other current mods can, hopefully lessening the bhopper problem further and less hackers should technically mean that more new players will want to play and practice on the server. Despite my reputation of being toxic in the past I feel that I have grown as a person since then and that my toxicity has reduced severely. I do not personally have any kind of problem with any of the staff team specifically and I hope that the staff feels the same way about me, however I feel like I have made my opinions on the staff team as a whole heard and how I believe that it could be potentially changed for the better.
In the past I have been recommended to apply by several different staff members and I hope that I am still considered to be a potential candidate.
