Intelligence  aviation  chief arrested in Al Raqa


I am  Abddel Hakim Abdallah  ,  a ritered  colonel , i work on civil contract basis in the headquarter   of the aviation  intelligence starting  from 1-7-2010 for , one year, reniewable  every year .I was appointed  as  aviation intelligence  head  chief in Al Raqa . I was captured  by FSA , Tarek Bin Ziyad  battalion ,in Deyr El Zor outskirts  on 6-7-2012 at  10 AM ,I was on my way to Deyr el  zor  , intelligence aviation  branch , in a  task  related to  the security condition in Al Raqa  municipality and  the repercussions of the popular movement in Al Raqa .  I  have information  of regim practises against peacefull  protestors  and against  the civilians : first - destruction of houses  by armors and  tanks , the aim of this  is destroying the citisen infrastructure , to  paralyse  the citisen and  forces  him to adhere to the regim .  second : excecution of militaries , it is  about defections in the aim to  keep on   control  ,done  by units leaders , securities  chiefs and Heads of military patrols  and these  excecutions  and  practises  will be  claimed and shown  as  done  by" FSA thugs"  as they are  called by the regim  .  and that is for the aim  to make  the people  hate  the FSA  . in Al Raqa  there have  been many military   excecutions ,there is a list of these names  , i can have  90 per cent of this list names ,3dr  to  hit with steel  hand  the terrorist groups (  fsa) as called  by the corrupted  regim .a Circular to all of the security services to attack  the protestors .this  circular is  in all   security  services .
