How to install:

-Disable internet connection.
-Install Rhino and use this serial - RH50-GU32-WCFV-BE8N-3M9N-9VMC
-Open Rhino and in Validation window use this code - D69A-19CE-FFFF-CA80-FC80
-Start Menu > Control Panel > Administrative Tools
-Under Administrative Tools > Services
-In the Services dialog, scroll down to McNeel Update:
eg: McNeel Update (32-bit)
eg: McNeel Update Service 5.0 (64-bit)
-Right-click on McNeel Update and then click Stop
-Right-click again and click Properties, under the General tab > Startup type > set to "Disabled"
-Open Rhino. Go to Tools> options> Updates and Statistics ... Disable McNeel Update. (new)
-Enable internet connection.

Additional comments (Caffrox and Abyssis):

If someone have an old license but wanna to use the new license with validation code - you need to remove the old one.
-Unhide hidden Files and Folders: > Organize > Folder and search options > View > Show hidden files,folders,and drives.
-You need to delete the file named 60515f84-8f7f-41da-801d-1c87e32f88f5.lic inside [SYSTEM DRIVE]:\ProgramData\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\License Manager\Licenses folder.
-Start Rhino and fill new serial and new validation code.
