[23:48:30] -ChanServ- Usage   - WHY <channel> <nick>
[23:48:30] -ChanServ-
[23:48:31] -ChanServ- This command is used to tell why the given nick is gaining
[23:48:31] -ChanServ- operator status (+o), voice status (+v) or being autokicked on the given
[23:48:31] -ChanServ- registered channel. The reply will tell which entry, either registered nick
[23:48:31] -ChanServ- or mask, in the AKICK/VOP/HOP/AOP/SOP/MANAGER list is allowing the nick to
[23:48:31] -ChanServ- gain the access.  This command has no useful effect if the given nick is not
[23:48:31] -ChanServ- gaining ops or some type of access in the given channel.
