I'm getting back into Twilight Princess Any% because I hate life (and also the tricks are fun and I now have time for the long game in my schedule).
Overall, things went pretty okay in my PB given that I've barely played this game, but I shit the bed very badly with the twilight bug hunts, Lakebed 2, Morpheel, Stallord, Argorok, and Hyrule Castle. I lost at least 30 minutes to obvious mistakes and errors, but remember that I’ve only ever completed two runs of this game. With dedicated practice and the right knowledge, sub 4 hours shouldn’t be too hard to pull off by summer 2020 marathon submissions. Right?
Specific Notes (keep in mind that I used ZSR's Gorge Void route from early 2018):

2nd try Sword & Shield Skip
3rd try EMS
Did not actually get Gorge Void
1st try Gorge Skip
Lanayru Gate Clip took 1m40s
3rd try Pillar Clip
Eldin Twilight was a disaster
Lanayru Twilight was a disaster too
Took easy Water Bombs (10) in Lakebed before emptying stolen bomb bag
The scramble to find new Water Bombs took 8 extra minutes
Died once on Blind Snowboarding
Lost 10 minutes to 2 Morpheel Without Zora Armor deaths
Poe 1 Skip took 3 minutes
No Stallord phase two Fast Knockdown, 3 cycle phase two, overall a disaster
Voided twice doing CitS Block Room LJAs
Wasted 1m30s messing up Ooccoo Jump 3 times
1st try Aeralfos Skip
Messed up Argorok Flame Skips 5 times and lost roughly 5 minutes overall
Awful Phantom Zant 1 and 2, lost over 2 minutes combined
Sloppy Zant overall, lost 1 minute to obvious mistakes
Hyrule Castle Barrier 1 Bomb strat didn't work
Failed Barrier 2 Skip
Actually got King Bulblin backflip but didn't save
Failed Barrier 3 Skip
Darknut 1 wasted at least 45 seconds
No Final Darknut skip
9 cycle Puppet Zelda
Dark Beast Ganon Midna grabs (not Ball & Chain) + other bad ideas wasted 45 seconds
Over 30 seconds lost on Dark Rider Ganondorf from missed arrows + a knockoff
