  3. Here's an interaction I've had with right-wing libertarians:
  4. raphidae`
  5. no, it has a bunch of amendmends, you may have heard of them

  7. 1.Do you agree libertarians have the highest average IQ of libertarians, liberals, and conservatives? 'Yes.'

  9. 2.Do you agree libertarians have the lowest average empathy of libertarians, liberals, and conservatives? 'Yes.'
  10. Monfd
  11. 3.Do you agree the research indicates empathy is a critical cognitive trait in order to make good decisions in a complex society with large amounts of people in different circumstances? "Not really."
  12. Monfd
  13. 4.Oh, that wasn't my opinion -- the research indicates that; it's a fact like the IQ thing. "Sure."
  14. Monfd
  15. 5.So, do you agree on average that right-wing libertarians have a mental defect of decreased empathy they need to mindfully compensate for by remembering they have low-empathy? "No."
  16. Monfd
  17. 6.Oh, no, 6 follows from 2-4. "Yeah, but I don't feel empathy is that important."

  20. 7.Sure, but that's your non-empathy mind telling you that -- that's what it means do not have much empathy -- to not think it's especially important to be empathetic. That's the thing you learned from science in 2-4 that you have mindfully compensate for as we addressed in 5-6. "I don't think empathy is important."
  21. Monfd
  22. This is why I think an important part of right-wing libertarianism is a mental defect.
  23. Monfd
  24. I do continue to like some of the intellectual pillars of libertarianism.
  25. Monfd
  26. I think it can be integrated into a more comprehensive subsuming ideology.
