Socialist Townhall battle - Laureate Education (Walden U.)

During and following a highly abusive “Townhall” meeting I was victimized, denied my rights, and threatened by Laureate Education with the filing of false and misleading charges by a company-friendly state prosecutor should I speak out.

I have received no official notice of any charges being filed, however I recently received commercial mail forwarding from Maryland law offices that would seem to imply that such a conspiracy as this has taken place.

If so, I would ask that in the spirit of transparency and cooperation that you provide contact information for any relevant court or prosecutor and inform them that

1.	I am not and have not been a resident of Maryland since mid-June and therefore am not within Maryland’s legal jurisdiction
2.	I will proceed pro se with any legal proceedings
3.	I immediately invoke my right to a speedy trial .
4.	As this matter stems entirely from an illegal “Townhall” meeting and crimes committed against me both before and after by Laureate and its employees, I request my copy of the widely-shared audio recordings by HR as the primary evidence in my defense, as well as a list of participants for deposition
5.	I wish to depose Mikki Bertot-Galloway, Christopher Scandlen, Juan Ortiz, all federal employees present from the FBI, DEA, ATF, and DHS
6.	I have received e-mail documentation of Tim Dickson’s attempts to prevent me from seeking new employment at C2G Partners and Chick-fil-A

My last communications with Laureate Education indicated that

1.	My points of contact for any future communications are Mikki Bertot-Galloway and [redacted], who I should contact at will
2.	That they would plan to incite comments from me by e-mail which they would then use as out-of-context leverage for further conspiracy and harassment, but which they would have dropped later
3.	I would receive COBRA benefits and severance at this time

Notes on False Charges
1.	Laureate Education, including HR Director Mikki Bertot-Galloway and VP Timothy Dickson, committed a series of series of politically motivated felonies and misdemeanors against an employee, including but not limited to

a.	Harassment (general)
b.	Creating a hostile work environment
c.	False imprisonment
d.	Stalking
e.	Sexual harassment
f.	Religious intolerance and harassment
g.	Illegally obtaining and widely sharing personal medical, financial, educational data
h.	Defamation of character
i.	Financial fraud / refusal to reimburse out-of-pocket expenses such as a $177 Amazon Web Services bill that the company required Miller to pay directly

2.	All e-mails I sent and actions taken since the “Townhall” were explicitly discussed with Mikki Bertot-Galloway (including subsequent emails) and I have executed my agreed upon course of action with the expectation that she and Laureate do the same
