  1. Leo: You-- LOST?!
  2. (Leo, Luna, Dex, Tanner, and Yanagi are sitting in the stands once again, and Yusei is standing on the stairs. Leo is yelling hysterically at Luna)
  3. Leo: How're we supposed to get dueling NOW, Luna?! It's NOT FAIR!!
  4. Luna (primly): Well, just look who's talking. At least *I* didn't lose my match like *you* did.
  5. Leo: Well, yeah, but--
  6. (Luna (think): I guess because Leo passed out he doesn't remember my duel was about a lot more than this tournament.
  7.
  8. (Flashback.)
  9. FB Prof: I've finally left my body behind. I have entered the Spirit World!!
  10. FB Luna: What do you want?
  11. FB Prof: You are much more important than you know, my dear. Now be a good girl and act as my guide. Reveal to me the secrets of this wonderful realm. Lend me your power!
  12. (End Flashback)
  13.
  14. Luna (think): And what power was the Professor talking about? Could he have meant that mark on my arm? Ohh...
  15. (Luna gently holds her right forearm with her left hand; the others notice.)
  16. Yanagi: What's wrong, Luna? Ya hurt your arm during the duel?
  17. Dex: Yeah, ya keep lookin' at it like you're expecting to *see* something.
  18. Luna: Uhh... my arm's *fine. I promise.
  19. Yusei: If you say so. Now I think it's time I get you two home.
  20. Tanner: Have fun *babysittin'* them.
  21. Leo: Alright! We'll have an all-night dueling sleepover!
  22. Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, listen up!
  23. Leo: Huh?
  24. (The announcer guy's head is up on the sphere)
  25. Announcer: The second round has been announced! Check out the competition brackets! Who knows what excitement awaits! Who will win! Who will lose! Five duelists, two rounds, one champion! Who will it be! Things are gonna get crrrazy! See ya tomorrow!
  26. (Close up on the two matches up on the surrounding holoscreens: Cortez vs. Greiger, Akiza vs. Commander Koda.)
  27. Leo: Cortez versus Greiger? Oh no, not him! Greiger's super-tough; he even beat *me*!
  28. Tanner (to Yusei): Looks like you'll be turbo-dueling.
  29. Yusei: That bad?
  30. Tanner: You bet, because the rumor on the circuit says Greiger's got a brand-new duel runner he's gonna be using. It's supposed to be unbeatable.
  31. Cortez: But who are you gonna duel?
  32. Tanner: Yeah, nothing was said about who you gonna duel.
  33. Yusei: Probably the winner of round two.
  34. Leo (think): I *can't* let Greiger win! Oh! If I can sneak into his garage before the match, I can see what he's got planned and tell Yusei!
  35. Luna: Uh, are you okay?
  36. Leo: Huh? Oh, yeah, fine! I just, um, left something! Somewhere else! Be right back!
  37. (Leo is a really bad liar; he's definitely up to something)
  38. Luna: Where are you going?
  39. Leo: To um, you know, that place with the-- whoa, look at the time, buh-bye!
  40. (He runs off)
  41. Dex: Huh?
  42. Luna: But Leo-- this can't be good...
  43.
  44. (Meanwhile, at the docks in the Satellite, a work boat is pulling in.)
  45. - Alright, people, I don't know why you wanted to sneak back into this trash town, but we're here! Hope ya had a pleasant trip! <5:00> Now get your things and get off my boat! Enjoy the Satellite!
  46. (Blister, along with two other passengers, disembarks. He has an old brown hat pulled down to shadow his face and a rucksack slung over his shoulder. A tall, bald sailor hands a clipboard to a redheaded dock worker, who looks at it)
  47. - The manifest shows that you had three passengers onboard. Okay, so, ah, everybody's all paid up?
  48. (The bald sailor confirms this then shouts at the three passengers)
  49. - Hm. Hey, now get movin' before you get picked up by Sector Security!
  50. (As Blister walks through the streets, a couple kids run past, playing. A pudgy guy in sunglasses is standing outside an old van, shouting:)
  51. - Step right up for the fastest ride to the Satellite markets, the place to get the best recycled electronics around! They got encryptors, decryptors, recryptors! All makes, all models!
  52. (Blister walks up to this man and takes off his hat)
  53. Blister: Room for one more?
  54. - Hey, Blister, it's been way too long, buddy! Aren't you based in the City now? What brings you back here?
  55. (Blister tosses his rucksack and hat onto the seat and sits down next to them in the van)
  56. Blister: A favor for a friend.
  57. - (teasing) I thought you gave up friends.
  58. (The van takes off toward the belching smokestacks in the distance)
  59. Blister (ruefully): So did I.
  60.
  61. Lezar: *This* card should help you in your duel against Yusei. Heh heh heh heh!
  62. (Lezar offers a trap card, "Chariot Pile", and Greiger accepts it. Goodwin is sitting on the couch)
  63. Greiger: This is perfect.
  64. Lezar: Just don't forget, Greiger-- we need you to bring out Cortez's best monster.
  65. Goodwin: Greiger knows what the stakes are; he's a faithful servant of Iliaster, and will determine if Yusei's truly a Signer once and for all. That's why Yusei has been determined to who battles yet. We know there's a monster unlike the signer's power. You can force him to summon it, Correct?
  66. Greiger: Yes, I swear it, sir. And once I'm finished, can I rely on your word?
  67. Goodwin (glib): Of course. Your village, right? Tragic! I wish there was something that could've been done to stop the devastation. How is your family? Have you heard anything from them?
  68. Greiger: Nothing yet. I hope that they are all okay.
  69. Goodwin: Oh, I'm sure that they *are*.
  70. Greiger (frowns): Hmph... yes, and I'm sure they're in dire need of the food and supplies you promised to deliver, once I get Cortez's strongest ace to appear and beat him and get Yusei's mark to appear. Now I must go and prepare for my duel.
  71. (He walks away. Lezar watches him. Goodwin thinks inscrutably--)
  72. Goodwin (think): Yes; prepare!
  73.
  74. (Greiger walks down the hallway, and Jack approaches from the other end. They stop short; something of a showdown.)
  75. Jack (sarcastic): *Nice* outfit.
  76. Greiger: I don't have time to trash-talk with *you.* Now what do you want?
  77. Jack: Just this. I don't like you, Greiger, and I never have.
  78. (Greiger growls)
  79. Jack: You can crush this kid, but don't even *think* of beating Yusei; he's all mine. But then again, I shouldn't worry *too* much; you were barely able to beat that pigtailed pipsqueak before.
  80. Greiger: Listen up, Jack-- my job is to put Cortez and Yusei through the ringer. So in the meantime, why don't you stay outta my way if ya don't wanna get hurt?
  81. (He keeps walking; Jack stands still.)
  82. Jack (think, menacing): You had better not interfere with my destiny, Greiger!
  83.
  84. (As Greiger walks by, he was met with Akiza herself. She looked at him with the look, Jack gave him)
  85. Greiger: *What can I do for you?*
  86. Akiza: Jack doesn't like you. Well neither do I.
  87. Greiger: Usually the Black Rose doesn't just try to walking into someone. So what do you want?
  88. Akiza: Like what Jack said about you not getting in his way with this lowlife, I don't want you in the way of my victim. Cause I don't ever leave them unscattered.
  89. Greiger: I don't care if you're the Black Rose or not, my orders are to bring who ever I was told to duel against. So do yourself a favor and walk away if you don't want to see what I'm capable of?
  90. (As Greiger was walking past Akiza, he was stopped by her hand, gripping on him)
  91. Akiza: If I don't get a chance to duel him, you'll be the first I'll destroy, after I'm done trashing this tournament! (let's go of Greiger)
  92. (Greiger walks past from her. He doesn't show fear of her, but on the inside is a different story.)
  93. Greiger (think): That's the Black Rose, alright. But if this means getting my village repaired, then I'm willing to take the chance of being her next victim.
  94.
  95.
  96. (Night in an alleyway somewhere and we see Leo dart around the corner and duck into an alley. The number on the garage door that he's standing in front of is 0132.)
  97. Leo: Greiger's garage! Time to check out that super-secret runner of his!
  98. (He looks around and ventures forward. Balancing on a pile of junk, Leo creeps in through a high window.)
  99. Leo: Almost there. Just a few more inches and I'm in!
  100. (He reaches, and loses his balance, falling through the window headfirst)
  101. Leo: Yeeeeeaaa--ugh! (sits on the ground rubbing his head) Next time I'm packing a parachute. Uugh. Now to find that runner so I can help Cortez and Yusei.
  102. (Something grabs Leo's shoulder and he turns around almost screams, but his mouth was covered by someone's hand. He revealed himself as Cortez)
  103. Cortez: Sheeeee. (silently) Quiet, what are you trying to do, get caught?
  104. Leo: (silently) I was trying to see what his runner is, so I can help you.
  105. Cortez: (silently) Leo, it's great you want to help and all, but that's cheating. I don't need to cheat to.
  106. (Cortez suddenly a metal chain and suddenly turned the little pocket flashlight, His first glimpse of the runner-- a scary demonic faceplate of some kind-- scares Leo, and he yells. Cortez looks surprised as he saw it. That scream sets off an alarm, and a siren on the ceiling begins to flash and sound. Leo clings to the wall, wailing.)
  107. Leo: This isn't happening! If I can't see them they can't see me!!!!
  108.
  109. (Meanwhile, Luna and Yusei are sitting down to a rather fancy dinner at a little four-person tea party table.)
  110. Luna: Leo's *never* late for dinner. I mean, he likes eating food almost as much as he likes dueling. Maybe even more. And he *knows* eight p.m. is curfew.
  111. Yusei: I'll go out and find him. I have a feeling he's in trouble.
  112. Luna: I can help.
  113. Yusei: You should stay here, it's late.
  114. Luna: Come on, please? He's my brother! What if he's hurt? And we can cover twice the ground in half the time! <9:00>
  115. Yusei: You got a point. But be safe out there, okay?
  116. Luna: Okay.
  117.
  118. (Greiger walks toward his garage carrying a huge wrench. The sirens are still going)
  119. Greiger (think): Something must've tripped the alarm to my garage.
  120. (He opens the door and finds Leo huddled on the floor with Cortez waiting. He appears to have fallen asleep.)
  121. Greiger: Hmmm. What're *you* two doing here?
  122. Cortez: I was following Leo and find your runner by mistake.
  123.
  124. (In the Satellite by night, lit by a scant few lanterns, the used electronics market is bustling,)
  125. - Wow, these markets got everything!
  126. - Yeah, and the prices are perfect!
  127. - I just can't believe all this great stuff.
  128. - Lemme have another one a' those.
  129. (The shuttle Blister caught earlier stops at one end of the narrow market alley. A couple other guys climb out)
  130. - We're here!
  131. - Sweet!
  132. (The driver speaks to Blister again)
  133. - Promise me that you'll be careful, Blister-- Goodwin's Security goons are lurking everywhere!
  134. Blister: Don't you worry about *me*; I'll be fine.
  135. (He puts on his hat again, slings his rucksack over his shoulder, and walks off into the market...)
  136.
  137. (Sometime later, Blister walks along an empty, time-worn street somewhere in the Satellite, following a handheld GPS device.)
  138. Blister (mutters): Alright, Yusei, the coordinates you and Cortez gave me *should* lead me right to your friends. I just hope *Goodwin* hasn't gotten to them *already*...
  139. (The GPS beeps; he's standing outside the sidewalk entrance to an underground subway station.)
  140. Blister (mutters): So this is it.
  141. (He walks down the familiar stairs, shining a flashlight ahead of him.)
  142. Blister (mutters): An old subway tunnel. Looks like it hasn't been used in decades. I like it, though; reminds me a' my place back in the City-- just a bit cleaner. Hello? Anyone down here? Don't be alarmed; I'm a friend of Yusei's. Come on out! Hello? He sent me here to check up on you guys. Huh! This place has been ransacked!
  143. (Blister is standing alone in the doorway of the hideout in the subway tunnel. The only light is from his flashlight. The place looks as if a tornado hit it, with almost everything toppled or smashed on the floor.)
  144. Blister: This isn't good; where could they be?
  145.
  146. (Meanwhile Yusei is riding the streets of New Domino in search of Leo. He coasts around the edge of a stop light intersection and comes to a halt in a little sidestreet. He puts up his visor and takes off his helmet as Luna runs over and joins him)
  147. Yusei: So did you find Leo?
  148. Luna: No; I'm scared.
  149. Yusei: Don't worry, Luna. Your brother's out here, and we'll find 'em.
  150. (Yusei's runner beeps and he presses a button on the screen.)
  151. Yusei: Blister?
  152. (The sound is slightly distorted; it skips a bit, like a bad speaker.)
  153. Blister: Yusei. I went to your friends' bunker, but the place has been totally trashed.
  154. Yusei: Trashed?! But they're okay, right?
  155. (Blister shakes his head)
  156. Blister: They're *missing*. I can't find a trace.
  157. Yusei: What happened?! Did Goodwin take them in?
  158. Blister: No idea! And here's where the trail goes cold-- after I hacked into Security I couldn't find a trace of 'em! It's... like they just vanished. And if Goodwin's got ahold of 'em, they could be *anywhere* by now. (The picture distorts even more) They're tracking my signal; I gotta sign off quick! Agh! I'll call you back if I find anything.
  159. Yusei: Thanks.
  160. (Static; Yusei clicks off the screen)
  161. Luna: I'm sorry. Are *your* friends missing, too?
  162. Yusei: Yeah. (think) And I blame *myself*. What will Cortez think when I tell him.
  163. (They hear a sound nearby; someone's coming! They both turn)
  164. Luna: Huh? Yusei, someone's in the alley.
  165. (Greiger and Cortezs walks out of the shadows. Greiger is carrying Leo slung over a shoulder.)
  166. Luna: He's got Leo!
  167. Yusei (think) And he doesn't look too happy about it.
  168.
  169.
  170. (The more distant tops of buildings are still lit, but the alleyway in which we left Yusei, Greiger, and the twins is dark.)
  171. Yusei: Greiger, what are you doing with Leo?
  172. Greiger: Relax; he's all right, Yusei. He broke into my garage. I found him sleeping on the floor. As for Cortez, he was trying to find him, but he got caught with him.
  173.
  174.
  175. (Later, Greiger tucks Leo into his bed back at the apartment, listening to the kid's loud snoring with a smile. Out in the living room, Yusei pulls a blanket over Luna, asleep on the couch, as Greiger and Cortez are outside.)
  176. Greiger: The boy's sound asleep.
  177. Cortez: He sure can snore, can't he?
  178. Greiger (nods): Yep.
  179.
  180. (Out on the patio, the two future rivals talk, looking out at the beautiful sparkling water of the pool.)
  181. Cortez: Thanks for bringin' Leo back and not trying to hurt us. I owe you one.
  182. Greiger: Forget it. The boy was just trying to help you out.
  183. Cortez: I know.
  184. Greiger: I had to install five new alarm systems just to keep it under wraps.
  185. Cortez: You gonna call Security?
  186. Greiger: Hm. No. He reminds me a' my own little brother.
  187. Cortez: Hm?
  188. Greiger: I'm not gonna punish 'im just 'cause he's trying to help you win our duel tomorrow. You're the first duelist to come across it.
  189. Cortez: I'm really sorry about that.
  190. Greiger: Even if you did saw it, it won't make a difference; you're still goin' down! I may be a good guy *off* the track, but trust me when I say that you don't wanna mess with me when I'm turbo-dueling. After all, these're the big leagues, kid, and there's quite a bit riding on this tournament for me and my future.
  191. Cortez: What, like a big trophy?
  192. Greiger: Big trophy? No, the future I'm talking about is for my family.
  193. (He walks a few steps off)
  194. Greiger: They're far away, waiting, hoping I'd bring them some help. We used to count the stars together; here, there's only smog. And you; why are you dueling here?
  195. Cortez: My friends. Me and Yusei are forced to duel, so we don't have a choice about it.
  196. Greiger: Lemme guess-- (turns) Goodwin made you two an offer that you *couldn't refuse*. Sound right?
  197. Cortez: How'd you know? He come to you, too?
  198. Greiger (nods): Mm. He offered me a chance to rebuild my family's village.
  199. (He looks off into the distance as he continues...)
  200.
  201. (Vision. The skies above Greiger's home are filled with stars. The wind whistles through the hills and mountains, and in this distance, two young kids can be seen waving.)
  202. Greiger (VO): My people believe that our forefathers were servants of the People of the Stars, and our village has a deep, hidden power.
  203. (End vision.)
  204.
  205. Cortez: Hidden power? Are you talking about the legend of the Crimson Dragon?
  206. Greiger: That's right. The legend has it that whoever controls the dragon, also gets to control the destiny of the world. I haven't been back to my village in years. But after I complete my mission here, I'll head back to rebuild my home.
  207. Cortez: You can't trust Goodwin's word, Greiger.
  208. Greiger: Easy for *you* to say. But I need his power to help rebuild my village. I heard it was consumed with fire and destruction unlike any natural disaster ever seen. Then Director Goodwin came to me. He said that he'd help, but not until I promised to help him with *his* quest.
  209. Cortez: Greiger. Don't you see you're being used?
  210. Greiger: If it's the only way to rebuild my village, then I'll let him use me all he wants, boy. Sorry, but tomorrow I have to win no matter what.
  211. Cortez: And my friends need *us*.
  212. Greiger: Then I guess we'll leave it at that. May the best man win.
  213. (He walks past Cortez, and halts back-to-back with him.)
  214. Greiger: You're a good guy, and in a perfect world we'd both get what we want in the arena tomorrow. But the world isn't perfect! One of us has to lose, and tomorrow it's going to be you.
  215. (Greiger keeps walking; Cortez doesn't turn. They're enemies now, and the new tension is palpable.)
  216.
  217. (Cortez walks back and Yusei was there watching the conversation.)
  218. Yusei: So, Greiger talked to you, huh?
  219. Cortez: Yeah. He said one of use has to lose. If I do, be sure you save you're friends.
  220. Yusei: I will.
  221.
  222. (Open on the second morning of the Fortune Cup, exterior of the Kaibadome, then interior)
  223. Announcer: Welcome back to the semifinals of the Fortune Cup! Four duelists remain, and the winner will take on Jack Atlas in the championship duel. First up in our turbo-duel we've got Cortez Blackful squaring off against the Tower of Power-- Greiger! Start your engines!!
  224. (As he speaks, we see Tanner, Yanagi, Luna, and Dex sitting in the stands, and the Sphere and another holoscreen as they show Cortez, Greiger, and the two matchups, Cortez vs. Greiger and Akiza vs. Koda. Now, with this last, the crowd erupts in cheers.)
  225. Yanagi: Luna, have you seen Leo?
  226. Luna: Yeah, he said he had something important to tell Cortez.
  227.
  228. (Close-up in Cortez's runner screen as it shows a rotating 3-D schematic of the runner in bright green. Cortez is already astride his runner with his helmet on; he's apparently making a last-minute adjustment. Leo is not his usual bouncy self as he tentatively approaches Cortez.)
  229. Leo: Cortez? I'm really sorry about yesterday that we got ourselves caught. I was just trying to help.
  230. Cortez: I understand; but like I said, cheating's never the answer. Besides, I don't need to cheat to beat Greiger. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a turbo-duel to win.
  231. (Leo's fears are alleviated, and he's back to normal)
  232. Leo: Go for it!! Ah! And take 'im down!
  233. (Cortez smiles in reply and puts down his helmet visor. He zooms out of the garage area, and Leo calls after)
  234. Leo: I believe in you! I know you can do it!!
  235.
  236. (Cut to a 3D shot as Yusei and his runner are dramatically launched into the arena in fine Kaibadome style.)
  237. Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, let's hear it for Cortez!!!
  238. (Close-up of Cortez's face on the Sphere. We hear a few boos in the crowd, but a lot of enthusiastic cheering, too.)
  239.
  240. (Meanwhile, somewhere backstage in the dark, visor down and waiting to enter the arena, sits Greiger)
  241. Greiger (think): This is for my family. And once I win the match I'll get *exactly* what I want.
  242.
  243. (Flashback; a beautiful starry sky, against which we see Greiger drive through on a runner.)
  244. Kids: 'Bye, Greiger! We'll be good!
  245. (Two children, an older girl and younger boy, both much younger than Greiger, wave from a hillside overlooking the road. Greiger waves back; both kids are smiling and laughing. Suddenly the vision changes and the two are engulfed in unnatural purple flames)
  246. Kids: Aah! Help us!
  247. (End Flashback/Vision)
  248.
  249. (Back to Greiger in the present; the next thought is as the door opens and light from the stadium shines onto his face)
  250. Greiger (think): Goodwin, have I got a surprise for you!
  251.
  252. (Cortez is taking another warmup lap when he hears the squeal of gigantic tires. He gasps)
  253. Yanagi: What's that sound, an earthquake?!
  254. Cortez: (thinks) Here it comes.
  255.
  256. (3D shot as we zoom in to the source of the sound, a competitor entrance to the dueling track, and Greiger's uber-runner shoots out of it. It's gigantic, a monster truck of a duel runner, with three wheels like a bigwheel, elevated off the road and pointy in all directions. It could squash another runner like a bug.)
  257. Announcer: Will ya look at that!? It's the most incredible duel runner I've ever seen! It's a whopper of a chopper, it's the wheels with appeal! Ladies and gentlemen, it's Greiger and his beast!
  258. (Greiger lands on the track, and catches up to Cortez almost immediately. One of the monster runner's wheels alone is half as tall as Cortez and his runner. Greiger glares over at Cortez, swerves closer, crowding him, and smiles grimly; Yusei ignores this.)
  259.
  260. Tanner: That's *some* duel runner. Cortez's gonna have his work cut out for 'im!
  261. Yusei: Don't count him out just yet.
  262.
  263. (Leo runs up and joins them)
  264. Leo: Wha'd I miss?!
  265. Luna: Just *that*, Greiger's runner!
  266.
  267. (From this angle, we see that Greiger's runner is also twice as long as Cortez's and more or less three times as wide. Leo notices the shiny, pointy front-piece, which looks vaguely like an angry bull)
  268. Leo: That's what we saw in Greiger's garage! <18:00> No wonder he had an alarm, that thing looks *so* *cool*!
  269.
  270. (Up in the tower, Goodwin and Lezar are at the window, and Jack's on the couch)
  271. Jack (think): Greiger, let's see if you have a chance with him. But you had better not jeopardize my chances of getting even with Yusei!
  272.
  273. (In the shadow part of the stadium where Sayer stood, came Akiza to see this)
  274. Akiza (think): I hope he beats you, so I can get a chance to have my prey all to myself!
  275.
  276. (Cortez and Greiger slow and stop neatly in the starting-blocks; Yusei in the first and Greiger in the second.)
  277. Greiger: You call that thing a duel runner, kid? Did it come with training wheels for ya?
  278. Cortez: Just 'cause you're bigger doesn't mean you're better, Greiger.
  279. Greiger: Yeah, right, talk to me after the duel's done! Good luck-- 'cause you're gonna need it!!
  280. Cortez: (thinks) I don't need luck. I have skill!
  281. Announcer: And now-- take out your "Speed World" field spells-- leeeeeet's activate 'em!
  282. (Cut-screen of both runner screens as "Speed World" activates.)
  283. Computer: Duel mode engaged. Autopilot standing by.
  284. (The purple effect spreads out from the two runners like ripples from two stones thrown into a pond. The sky turns pink.)
  285. Announcer: Remember, only the winner advances, and in a turbo-duel, only speed spells can be used!
  286. Greiger: Get ready to eat my dust!
  287. Computer: Countdown initiated. Ready, set, duel.
  288. (3D cutscreen as the two runners take off; once again Greiger is crowding Cortez with his front wheel.)
  289. Greiger: I'll make the first move, Yusei! I draw!
  290. (It's the trap "Delta Reactor". Greiger reaches for another card in his hand, and we see his cards-- Spell Reactor•RE, Summon Reactor•SK, Fake Explosion, Trap Reactor•Y FI, and Hidden Soldiers.)
  291. Greiger: And I think I'll start with this-- Spell Reactor•RE!
  292. [Spell Reactor•RE 1200//]
  293. Greiger: And next I'll throw down three facedowns! You're up!
  294. (Gameplay shifts to Yusei; Scoreboard-- Greiger, 4000, 1; Yusei, 4000, 1.)
  295. Cortez: I summon out my-- huh?
  296. (He breaks off as the thunderous sound of Greiger's runner engine gets even louder.)
  297.
  298. Tanner: Now how's Cortez supposed to concentrate when he's got three thousand decibels of horsepower blaring in his ear, huh?!
  299. Leo: Who says he *can*?
  300. Yusei: Not my pal.
  301.
  302. Cortez: First I'll throw down a facedown, and then I'll summon my Elemental Hero Stratos!
  303. Greiger: In that case I activate my facedown trap card-- "Hidden Soldiers"! Now yours truly gets a level-four monster from my hand, and I got just the one for you-- he goes by Trap Reactor•Y FI! And with this card on my field, Cortez, I only need one more for a big surprise!
  304.
  305. Dex: I think I know what Greiger's got planned, guys...
  306. Tanner: Yusei'd better speed it up, and I mean *fast*.
  307.
  308. Cortez: For the first round on the field, he adds me a elemental hero to my hand! (adds Elemental Hero BubbleMan to his hand) Now send that Reactor back to the shop!
  309. (Greiger appears a little too unfazed as his monster gets destroyed, engulfing him in a cloud of dark smoke. When Greiger comes back into view, it's still there!)
  310. Cortez: No way!
  311. Greiger: Don't tell me you're *shocked*; I had two facedowns on my field and one of them was "Fake Explosion"! And not only does this trap knock out your low-octane attack, but I get a bonus-- as in a level-five monster from my hand, bringin' your surprise early! Summon Reactor•SK, join the party!
  312. [Summon Reactor•SK 2000/1400/L5/dark]
  313.
  314. Luna: Ohh...
  315. Dex: He's got all three Reactors in play!
  316. Leo: At least he doesn't have *Delta* Reactor!
  317. Yusei: (thinks) It's to soon to hope on that.
  318.
  319. (We cut back to Greiger; slight freeze frame as we realize that *that* was far too much to hope for.)
  320. Greiger: Now I will activate my "Delta Reactor"! This card sends Summon Reactor, Trap Reactor, and Spell Reactor all to the graveyard. I hate to do this to ya, friend, but like I told you last night, one of us has to lose and today it's *you*.
  321.
  322. Leo: Cortez, no!!
  323.
  324. Greiger: I summon-- Flying Fortress SKY FIRE!
  325. (SKY FIRE is a flying behemoth. As it appears in the sky above, its turbines roar to life; armed to the teeth, it has large bombs and three different turrets of guns. It's a giant robot.)
  326. Announcer: It looks like that bad bike's not just for show-- Greiger brings out his big bang beast in the second round!
  327.
  328. (Goodwin and Lezar are watching silently, as is Jack and Akiza...)
  329. Greiger: If you thought it was loud in here before, just get a load a' *this*! You lose eight hundred points of damage if you ever summon a monster or place one card facedown! And if *that* weren't enough, the card you just played will also be destroyed!
  330. (At the loud sound of rotors, Yusei looks up; SKY FIRE is hovering right above him and his Speed Warrior, looming.)
  331. Greiger: Just face it, friend-- you can't make a move without getting hurt! My family needs me! Which means that you're gonna have to lose this match, kid!!
  332. (The look in Greiger's eyes is one of outright desperation; Yusei stares back at him, determined.)
  333. To Be Continued...
