UCOB substats synced max out at or above i418 - all pieces not specifically listed can be anything interchangeably as long as they're at or above that ilvl, and melds do not matter for those as ilvl sync disregards them. For example the weapon can be ANY Crit/DH weapon at or above i418 with any (or no) melds. Get what's easiest or what you already own.
