What I done was, buy a large amount of V-Bucks for $200+
Once you do that, wait 24 hours then report it as unauthorized on paypal
You will then email fortnite saying your son bought tons of v-bucks with your paypal or daughter by accident, you will keep the v-bucks and your account wont be locked either.

NOTE:
IN THE EMAIL MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE PAYPAL REFUND & TRANSACTION ID
