- Soham vs Aces
- Soham:
- A pretty equal battle from both ends. Both coaches prepped well versus the majority of the opponents team and had struggles with 2 mons of the other. Clutch moment was where Zeraora lived on 1. From there Comfey could’ve won the game. This game could’ve gone either way, gg.

- Ascendant vs Silver
- Ascendant:
- You had some good early game momentum but seemed to get stuck on the Donphan with having too many mons that did not want or couldn’t touch it. Yawn with some nice sleep turns and getting up rocks later kept you in the game. Unfortunately this game was lost to a single turn, namely leaving a burned Kommo-o in on the Vaporeon which allowed Silver to get in his Slurpuff on a free turn. Really close, but unfortunately 1 turn or decision can be enough to make the difference.
- Silver:
- Early game you had quite some trouble this game. Your solid Donphan set managed to get you back in the game. After Ascendant went for his yawn stealth rock shenanigans you were behind yet again. You stayed calm, realized your wincon and positioned yourself in the right way to get Slurpuff in at the right time to get off a free Belly Drum.
- Nedlio vs Milli
- Nedlio:
- Unfortunate misprep I feel like. Usually balance fits you right well, but against stall it’s just too passive and it gets outstalled by mons that can fit the bulky role better. Unfort but it happens. Koko is back with daddy so you can still pull this off but it’s gonna get a close one.
- Milli:
- She stalled, she came, she won. Excellent prep, really. Ned had nothing to do in this game other than wasting his time so I get the ff he went with. Stick to your guns Milli, you truly are a top player this season.
- De mondige vs JP
- De mondige:
- Bulky offense like it should be played. Doing damage to your opponent, recovering HP and spreading toxics on forced switches, pull the trigger at the right time and make sure you break through most his team in order for something else to clean up the game. Bulky offense uit het boekje.
- JP:
- Unfortunately you had no real way of breaking through Mondige’s defense. Your Whimsicott would’ve been your best answer as a stallbreaker, but his Shaymin completely walled your set meaning you even had to switch out while behind a sub, yikes. Once you were chipped down low enough his offense could just finish you off.
- Kvn vs Sky
- Kvn:
- At some point people will start prepping for your Gothitelle, but this was not that week. Going up 6-4 a sweep was in the realm of possibilities but Sky wasn’t completely helpless versus a +6+6 scarf Goth. Afterwards it seemed like Suicune would countersweep but luckily you prepped well for it with encore Salazzle. This one tech will probably go underrated with the others but it won you the game. Clean stuff, dominant win.
- Sky:
- Oofsterstorm with the Togetic start. Luckily it didn’t end up in a straight 6-0 because you prepped stuff in the back, but losing 2 mons just like that was rough. Suicune pulled some weight and brought you back in the game up to the point where I even expected a countersweep if not for encore Salazzle. Kvn came out as the one with the better game plan this week, bounce back next week because I know you can.
- Python vs Piranha
- Python:
- Support Mega Gardevoir. Good stuff man. It supported the team well and made sure Araquanid, Rotom-H and Bulu could break through his team.
- Piranha:
- Oofsterstorm with the Ditto there. I think your team was already kind of weak against his, but making it a 6v5 made the loss even bigger than what it potentially would have been. Come back stronger next week.
