They want to argue against you as if you advocate genetic determinism. They wont always do it, but that is the frame they reflexively come from. It usually takes the form of thinking ANY environmental factor disproves you or demanding some absurd level of proof (like predicting IQ from a genome)

They also never explain anything in much detail, like how their worldview is even possible. I wouldnt expect it but they expect it of you.
