IRC rules (Usage of [MM]IKKE's bots)

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Rules of [MM]IKKE bots (IKKE1 & IKKE2 by default):
---------------------------------------------------------------------
By consciously using any of the commands made available, you thereby automatically agree with these rules.

If you want the bots permanently in a channel you own, you must PM [MM]IKKE about it. He will then ask for an explicit agreement of these rules and set up the bots correctly for you.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
    1. You must follow the IRC server rules.
    2. You are obliged as a channel owner to be on the main channel, #[MM]IKKE whenever you are online.
    3. You agree you take full responsibility for the actions of the bots after using a command.
    4. You are not allowed to make the bots join a channel you do not own or manage.
    5. You are not allowed to abuse or try to abuse any of the commands made available. This includes annoying people in any way.
    6. You are obliged to report any bugs using !report.
    7. You are not allowed to use the bugs in order to annoy someone. This includes sending lines to IRC operators or official channels.
    8. Channel owners have the right to enable or disable random talking. In future versions, channel owner will also have the ability to disable some commands.
    9. If you have random talk enabled, you agree you do not hold [MM]IKKE responsible for any harm of any kind done by the random messages. This includes, but is not limited to: advertising (servers, channels, websites, ...), explicit pictures, porn, warez, insults, political views, religic opinions, controversial sayings, ... The random messages sent by the bot are entirely random and will, by no means at all, display any real ideologies. You can, however, ask [MM]IKKE to remove a certain quote.
    10. Channels must have at least 8 people in them (including bots)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
We reserve the right to change, modify, re-write or add things in these rules at any time, with or without an announcement or a notification.

Breaking these rules will result in a punishment, either by a demotion, a ban, a channel blacklist, a nickname blacklist or even a GLINE request.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
The bots are entirely scripted by [MM]IKKE within mIRC. If you have any questions, feel free to PM him.
