- Michael had been working on his own creations for some time since he had Dai operated on him nearly two decades ago. He'd been learning more about technology and various implementations. Though his mind as of late had been pondering following Dai's example and try melding both flesh and machines together.
- It'd been something he'd been wanting to take a swing at for a while. And so he got to work studying. While it didn't come naturally to him, he was a hard worker. Starting off simple with creating electronics that wouldn't interfere with the body's natural functions, or wouldn't be rejected by the body as a foreign object.
- While that was easier said then done, in a few days he had managed to make something of a monitor that had embedded into his arm. Having it check his vitals. It was an easy enough test. For the next few days he watched it's progress. It seemed to be doing it's job. His body wasn't going into shock, nor was it rejecting the implant.
- Removing it wasn't to hard either. The sensor being removed and the area it had been in healing over in a few days. With this breakthrough he began working on more advanced projects. Seeing what he could do to increase his abilities. But for that he had to continue studying.
- Already having a few ideas floating about, what muscles to target to stimulate further effectiveness and muscle reaction time. Honestly Dai had been the one to get him into this field with the first implants. He wished she was still around so they could share their notes with him but doing this on his own had been kind of fulfilling in it's own right.
- In about a month or two he had the basics down, at least in theory. In practice he wasn't sure of the results. He'd found time after time, the things he had on paper, had errors but they weren't hard to fix. He'd just have to be more careful when implementing them. That said he had a few schimatics for basic nodules and electrodes to amplify one's power and strength through stimulating the muscles and getting more out of them then with out them.
- He felt he had grasped the basics and was ready to actually implement them more thoroughly in himself to bring out the best in him. It was an odd direction for the warrior to take but he understood that bringing out the best in him anyway possible was the only way he'd prosper as a warrior.
