- To help you reach the truth, I shall pick up from where Ronove's narration couldn't. I no longer have anything to hide, so it shall be free from deception. Let us turn back the clock once again and for the last time, to when George rushed after the person who killed Kumasawa.

- And so George entered through the window. And yet, the scene didn't appear any different than when he checked it before... Except for one detail.
- "Another dead body?"
- And so he went towards the body. And yet, there was something weird about it that he managed to notice despite the poor lightning. Thus, he jumped on top of the person and restrained him.
- "Did you seriously think I wouldn't notice the sweat dripping down your face, Gohda? Speak. You're the murderer, aren't you?"
- "M-murderer, I don't kno- OUCH ouch ouch! Yes, please stop hurting me! I'm the one who killed Kumasawa!"
- "Just her?"
- "N-no, I... I also killed four others..."
- "Four? Shannon, Nanjo, my dad and who? Whatever, you killed my loved o-"
- "W-wait! I didn't kill Hideyoshi! That was Kyrie!"
- "Kyrie?"
- "Yes! B-but we weren't working together! She killed him, so I decided that I could kill some others and pin it all on her!"
- "And why should I believe you? And even if you are telling the truth, are you saying that just because my father wasn't among the people you killed, you deserve mercy?"
- "W-well... You want to get revenge for him, right? It should be more prudent for you to listen to what I have to say then."
- "Very well. Speak. Tell me about everything that happened today."
- And so, after roughing the murderous cook a bit, George binded all of his limbs using the chef's extravagant clothes to make sure he had no way of escaping. After making sure the two of them were alone and Gohda had no way of escaping, George told him to speak.
- "It all started even before you came to Rokkenjima. Madame decided to get back at all of you for souring the mood of each family conference and ganging up on her husband. Therefore, she gathered the servants together and concocted a plan to occupy everyone. Of course, she never meant for anyone to actually die. She wanted to make everyone band together against the common foe, known as Beatrice. Of course, Beatrice doesn't exist. It's just the theme she came up with that made the most sense. To pull off her plan, she needed precise cooperation. As such, she made many plans beforehand. All of the servants in on her ploy were to act after hearing the special phrase; 'typhoon'. Other than getting the servants in on it, she also reached out to Rosa. She was the only sibling she thought she could convince. And she did manage to get her cooperation initially. Her last accomplices were the people she planned to recruit during the meal. Her plan was to talk with them at the table during the meal. This was how she gained the cooperation of the other
- spouses. Madame was doing all she could to make this plan a success, because she even decided to move writing instruments and the envelopes to her room before anyone arrived. And she was certain Kinzo gave his silent approval, because she couldn't imagine any other reason for him throwing out the head's ring that she managed to find with Shannon. She was originally planning on just having sealed envelopes, but the head's ring gave them the authenticity."
- Of course, Gohda had no way of knowing that Kinzo threw out his ring simply for the sake of the ceremony. He couldn't care less about what anyone else was doing.
- "Wait, are you saying my dad was in on it?"
- "Yes. Your dad, even Battler's stepmother was in on it. Or at least that's how it was supposed to be... But I'm jumping forward a bit too much. After the meal, the six of us were supposed to meet up together and rehearse our supposed reasons for being there. As you can probably imagine, only five of us actually went there."
- "Rosa's ultimatum..."
- "Mhm. She was supposed to be here with us, but her disappearance could be seen as a blessing in disguise to Natsuhi's plan. The siblings weren't convinced that we were poisoned, but when one of them mentioned how weird it was that it was only five bodies, she cunningly took hold of the situation and rushed out before they could investigate the crime scene. After this, we were supposed to wait a bit and then leave, pretending to be spirited away. We would then move onto acting as ghosts... But this is where the plan got seriously derailed. Kyrie actually killed Hideyoshi. I... Well, I killed Nanjo and Shannon... But Shannon wasn't resisting at all! She didn't do anything to stop us, and unlike Nanjo, she realized what was happening!"
- "She... Didn't resist?"
- "Of course! Not when she saw Kyrie kill Hideyoshi and not when she saw me kill Nanjo!"
- "I... I see... Continue."
- "After that, I also left the Chapel. That's why you only saw three bodies when you entered. I decided to arm myself, so I took a knife in case I got attacked by Kyrie. But I'm not entirely innocent. Like I mentioned, I killed five people in all. While you were in the chapel, Kanon and Jessica were in the shed. I killed them, then moved their bodies apart. This was meant to symbolize the second twilight, so I could blame it all on Kyrie."
- "And your motive for all of this? For murdering these people?"
- "..."
- The servant didn't elaborate. And even though I am the narrator, I too have forgotten what this piece's motive was. I am an incompetent fool, after all. Still, there is one thing that I have written down that is related to his crimes. Culprit - jealousy. What this means, I do not remember. It may not even mean much, because at least half of the members were labeled as culprits in my notes. I know, I'll simply carry over all of the notes labeled as "positions". This is supposed to be my confession, after all. It may not mean much, but there's the one in quadrillion chance of someone actually understanding the soul, so there's nothing wrong with doing this.

- Still, these notes are incomplete. Take Shannon and Kanon, for example. Their motives are written as "culprit - helps Natsuhi". And yet, they also had another clear motive: "culprit - ceremony". I believe this should be labeled as 'spoilers', huh? After all we didn't yet get to the point where I elaborate on what happened during the siblings' final shift. Time to return to the past. After George couldn't get Gohda to admit his motive, he told the chef to resumed his confession.
- "And that's all."
- "I see. In that case, I have no more use for you."
- "What... What do you mean?! I told you everything you wanted to know! I'm not the one who killed your father!"
- "You're still a murderer. And you've killed the girl I loved."
- "Shannon? I told you, she didn't resist! This must mean she didn't love you back!"
- "..."
- "And should you be wasting your time on me? After all, Kyrie's still somewhere out there! She killed your father and she might kill your mother! So just untie me and we can stop her together!"
- "You are right..."
- And so just when Gohda thought he was saved, he was killed by George using one of the stakes his mother brought to Rokkenjima, hoping it could help him gain Kinzo's favor. For the sin of usurping Kyrie's glory, he was pierced with Vaingloria. After making quick work of the cook, George entered the mansion through the back door. As he was running, trying to find someone, he heard the voices of Battler and Natsuhi from a locked room. But he had more important things to worry about. He continued on and found the three corpses. With nothing left but revenge, he left the mansion, looking for Kyrie. He found her, alongside Rosa, impaled on the fence. It wasn't that weird. She was not too long ago in a scuffle with Kyrie. After she pushed Kyrie, who lost all will to live seeing her husband's corpse, she was overwhelmed with regret and killed herself. George also noticed a letter on the ground. It was muddy, but I remember what it was. It was the letter that Maria acknowledged as 'Beatrice's' orders. Infuriated that he wasn't even allowed the final act of revenge, George took Kyrie's body back to the chapel, and skewered her eye with Acedia, right where the fence pierced her originally. Was it all to desecrate the killer of his loved ones? Was it just to prove that he didn't completely fail? Or was he doing this for the sake of Ushiromiya Battler, who had no idea his mother was a murderer? Was he trying to hide her corpse from him, or simply trying to make it seem like she was just another victim? Whatever the case, it no longer matters. After all, the game was adjourned after the tenth twilight.

- Was there anything else I should mention? Ah, right, this little detail... Kinzo's murderer was "Beatrice". Even if it wasn't a human murderer, the death wasn't a suicide or a death from natural causes. Thus ends my confession. If you can't piece the story after this, then it simply wasn't meant to be. My narration is without lies, unlike Ronove, who had to rely on the information from the culprits gathered through the phone and on what he could learn from Battler, who had no idea that actual murders were being carried out, who tailored it specifically in the form of a short novel for Kinzo, his old friend and master.
- Sleep well, my beloved first forgery.
