Rules:
~ Don't curse in your nickname, channel names, or server-wide chat.
~ Offensive avatars and descriptions will be removed. Repeat offenders could lose the privilege of setting an avatar and/or description altogether.
~ The server bot will kick you and issue a strike against you if you have curse words in your nickname, or if you create a channel with a curse word in the title.
~ Don't whisper to people that don't want to be whispered to. Never whisper to the entire server, or to moderated channels.
~ All strikes are removed 21 days after they are issued. If you accumulate four strikes at once, you will automatically be banned from the server for about 20 minutes.
~ You may only record TeamSpeak audio in Conference Room. If a member of the server staff temporarily assigns you the Recording server group, you can record in any channel except General Conversation. Recording is never allowed in General Conversation. The server bot will move people that violate recording rules.
~ Don't externally record TeamSpeak audio without consent from those you are recording. This is against the law in the United States and will be met with harsh consequences.
~ If you record TeamSpeak audio using a program other than TeamSpeak, you must enable the TeamSpeak recording function anyway, so other clients are notified of the recording. You can discard the recorded file if you wish.

Friendly Advice (Not Mandatory):
~ Go to the AFK channel if you leave. If you forget, the server bot will move you.
~ Foul language is allowed and frequently used. You have been warned.
~ The server bot will move you to AFK if you mute your microphone, mute your speakers, or set yourself to away.
~ If you use a TeamSpeak soundboard plugin, please be polite and enable ducking at 15% or lower (if applicable).
~ No bickering amongst each other. If you want to have a conflict, go into a private channel.
~ Don't be annoying. People don't like to be annoyed and will likely react with hostility.
~ If you can, find some time to join the server on your birthday to receive your cake.
~ If a user is violating the rules or being particularly annoying, right-click on their name and submit a complaint describing the issue. A strike is issued against the user for each complaint.

Connections:
~ Every time any client joins Supertopia TeamSpeak, 1 point is added to their connections score. At 100 connections, you can set a 20KB avatar and you can access the "One on One" channel. At 250, you will be awarded a bronze medal and you can set your own description and a 50KB avatar. At 500 connections, you will be awarded a silver medal which increases your private channel delete delay to 16 hours and allows you to set a 75KB avatar. At 750 connections, you are awarded a gold medal which will increase the delete delay to 36 hours and allow you to set a 100KB avatar. At 1000 connections, you will receive a gold star which increases the delay to 64 hours and allows you to create semi-permanent channels and set a 125KB avatar.
~ If any client repeatedly leaves and rejoins to gain connections, they may be permanently ineligible for receiving/possessing any connection awards.

Mini-Constitution:
~ §1 ~ This rules and info page, and the rules of Supertopia TeamSpeak which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all agreements made, or which shall be made, under the authority of a Supertopia TeamSpeak administrator, shall be the supreme law of the server; and the server staff in every channel shall be bound thereby, anything in the rules of any channel or staff member to the contrary notwithstanding.
~ §2 ~ Server staff shall make no rule respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the peaceful exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble in a private channel, and to petition the administrators for a redress of grievances.
~ §3 ~ No user shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Supertopia administrator, except in cases arising in the passive or aggressive administration and security forces, when in actual service in time of emergency or server-wide danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of power or access to the server; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of access, power, or liberty, without due process of law, except in cases arising as the result of blatant and obvious disregard of any rules established; nor shall private assets be taken for public use, without explicit permission.
~ §4 ~ Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender and/or gender identity or expression, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, ethnicity, disability, veteran or military status, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status, or on any other legally prohibited basis is strictly prohibited and undermines the character and purpose of Supertopia TeamSpeak. Supertopia TeamSpeak prohibits discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Channels:
~ All users are welcome to create their own private channels.
~ Private channels can have custom names and passwords.
~ Staff can join channels regardless of any password.
~ If you see an administrator, you may be able to get a permanent channel for your group, game, or organization.

Bookmarking/Joining:
~ Teamspeak bookmarks allow you to quickly join a server without entering the server address or password. To create a bookmark for Supertopia TeamSpeak, press Ctrl + B while you have the TeamSpeak window focused. Then click "Add Bookmark" in the bottom-left corner. The Bookmark Name is whatever name you want to call the server. You can set the Nickname to be whatever you want, as long as it is within the rules. Your nickname is how you will be identified and is visible to everybody on the server. The Server Address is "dbherobrine.servebeer.com" (no quotation marks).  Next, set the Server Password to "DBH" (again, no quotes). You can leave the remaining two fields empty. Your nickname will be said aloud to many users on the server, so if it is too complicated for a robot to pronounce, you should click "Go Advanced" at the bottom of the dialog box and set the Phonetic Nickname to the phonetic pronunciation of your name (for example, "DBHerobrine" in phonetics would be "dee bee hero brine").
~ All clients must have a security level of 25 or higher for each identity they connect to the server with. This applies to users of all ranks, including guests and server staff. Once the security level is improved to 25 or higher, you will never have to increase it again so long as you continue using the same identity. To view and change the security level of your identities, press Ctrl + I within the TeamSpeak program. Then, select the identity you wish to use to connect to the server (for most people, it's called "Default"). At the bottom of the Identities dialog box, click "Go Advanced". If the security level displayed is below 25, click "Improve". Next, set the Requested Security Level to 25 and click "Start". This process should only take about 45 seconds and you can use your computer and the TeamSpeak program in the meantime. Be sure not to close TeamSpeak, the Identities dialog box, or the Security Level dialog box. Once it's finished, the Current Security Level should be 25 or higher. You can now close both dialog boxes and join the server as you please. If you ever get a new computer or uninstall TeamSpeak, you will have to repeat this process with the new identity.
