spaghetti sauce recipe

You can scale up depending on how much sauce you want to make, buuuuut this is what I do

1lb ground beef
1lb ground seasoned pork

and you toss those in first and let them start to cook before the other stuff

40 oz (5 cans) of salted tomato sauce
30 oz (5 cans) of tomato paste
(I actually don't know how much the cans hold off the top of my head, but the idea is to have more sauce than paste. Preferably waaaay more.)

oregano
thyme
basil
rosemary (optional)

with these it's as much as you want, really. I like oregano and basil the most, so those get tossed in a lot. I never really had a ratio for them lol

garlic powder
salt
a little red cooking wine

try to use as much garlic powder as salt. I don't have any proper ratios yet. ( ..)"
