- Rice recipe
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cup water
- Optional:
- Two or three cardamom pods can add a nice flavor to the rice, as can a star anise.
- Dash of salt
- Instructions:
- In a microwave safe bowl, wash rice, then pour in water. Add your optional spices.
- Microwave for 10 to 12 minutes. Adjust your cooking time based on temperature, altitude, etc.
- Salt to taste.

- Rice in a microwave. It works, and its simple.
