My question went unanswered. When asked by me who from the city reviewed, approved and is monitoring the project you stated to Dan Levy and myself “ Wayne Bonesteel from Rennselear County engineering. Are you sticking with that statement?

An engineering firm was called in by Stewart's today in addition to their contractor and their construction manager that were there this morning prior to Marks arrival. We will hear their assessment and plan with Stewart's for the next step.

I have communication to code and planning in progress.

I'll follow up when there's more information to share. Stewart's and their contractors have been responsive and are taking responsibility of the situation.

Code was on site early once they got the call.

As I viewed the collapsed wall at Hoosick and 10th behind Stewart’s I was shocked at no emergency personnel on site. Is the top of the hill were Sonic and the parking lot is it safe? Where’s our fire chief? I spoke to a licensed engineer this morning and after sending him the pictures the first thing my son said was “the other half of that wall has to come down”. Monica, you stated to me and Dan Levy that Wayne Bonesteel from county engineering reviewed and passed this project. Are you sticking by that statement?
