[1:25 AM] Elyiain: own and maintain territory in the black, have enough guild income to fund a Gear Replacement Program, group pvp, group fame farming. have a steady supply of low-med tier gear in the guild market for next to nothing to jumpstart newbies. helping all members sustain a good income. think that bout covers it :smile:

[1:28 AM] Kori: well, the easiest way to do it is to come up with an "approved" build list
[1:28 AM] Kori: let your members pick from that list
[1:28 AM] Kori: then, make sure they all rush T6
[1:28 AM] Kori: and replace gear at T6
[1:28 AM] Kori: within the approved list... look to overlap as many pieces as possible
[1:29 AM] Kori: then have one crafter always make that piece so they get their specialization up
[1:29 AM] Kori: so, for example... have one guy that does all leather
[1:29 AM] Kori: do an overlap to where most people are wearing hunter shoes
[1:30 AM] Kori: then only have him make hunter shoes
[1:31 AM] Kori: the reason you do T6 is because 1) it's a nice baseline for competitiveness, 2) it's the most abundant resource tier past 3
[1:32 AM] Kori: then, when you put money in your guildies pockets, they're able to purchase things that are above that baseline... like stalker shoes instead of hunter.
