Heroes
•	Minue Merceaux aka The Mime- Former gang member reformed to be The Red Hood’s partner against Owlman and Boss Gordon’s hold on Gotham City. Seldom speaks, has a distinct “Mime” act when fighting, and lover to The Red Hood, “Her sweet Soufflé” .
•	The Red Hood/The Jester- Mysterious semi-sane street vigilante who was created and routinely fights Owlman. Has access to several playing card themed gadgets and occasionally has a mental breakdown becoming the unpredictable hero The Jester.
•	Mighty Adam-Former king made slave, Teth Adam is the defender of Kandaq and champion of The Rock of Eternity. Sworn enemy of the dark wizard, Shazam, he returns to the modern world to imprison the dark spirit and atone for his past sins.
•	Flight Man- Base-jumping daredevil hero of Gotham who uses a variety of parachute/gliding gadgetry
•	Doctor Zsasz- Unlicensed medical genius who performs several impromptu surgeries to those in need
•	White Ray- Nemesis of Sea King, a hopeful hero with an advanced diving suit seeking to help those in need and perhaps reform the tyrant of Atlantis.
•	Doctor Dash- Historian Speedster from the 24th century who hopes to change Johnny Quick’s future for the better.
•	Benevolon- Korugarian wielder of a sacred/magic, yellow ring who desires to make amends for his past life of crime and rid the universe of Volthoom’s ring. Enemy of Power Ring
•	Starro The Guardian- Hivemind-symbiotic organism that bestows other lifeforms with abilities, and peacekeeper of the universe
•	Simian Superior- Hyper-intelligent, psychic gorilla, and enemy of Johnny Quick.
•	Metallotron/Bronzallo- A bronze colored, cybernetic man powered by a yellow sun reactor located in his chest. Enemy of Ultraman.
•	Brightseid- God of all good things seeking to bring peace to the universe
•	The Puffin/The Rooster- millionaire and secret benefactor to Gotham heroes
•	Crusader Croc-Defender of the homeless, the forgotten, and hero struggling to maintain his humanity.
•	Holly Day- Holiday themed heroine who seeks to bring joy to Gotham for every occasion
•	Prince Larfleeze- Wise monk of the cosmos who has let go of all material things.
•	Professor Bright- Light themed hero and consoler to victims of sexual assault.
•	The Royal Flush Force- Playing card themed vigilante squad personally trained by The Red Hood.
•	Colonel Cold- Central City cop who occasionally has to work outside the law with his personal cold gun. Enemy of Johnny Quick
•	Botanica- Shy, introverted hero of The Green who often seeks the comfort of plants more than humans. Friends with The Mime.
•	Abnormo- Failed clone of Ultraman, Abnormo seeks to be “The World’s Worst Villain” with an opposite powerset of his own. Tries to commit crimes and cause devastation, only to save those in need within Metropolis.
•	Miss Freeze- Widowed, cold-hearted anti-hero who is forced to wear a protective suit to remain below freezing temperatures. Seeks to avenge her late husband, Victor.
•	Doctor Determination- Dream traveling hero who reforms people by granting them good dreams and revealing their most wanted desires.
•	Boon- South American protector of Santa Prisca

•	The Dark Wizard Shazam- Wandering evil spirit who draws power from The Seven Deadly Sins, jumping host bodies throughout the years. Current vessel is Billy Batson.
•	Martian Manslaughter- Mars’ sole survivor and most infamous killer

•	Marsh Beast- Corrupted Avatar of The Green and monstrosity that seeks to infect the planet like a parasitic weed.
•	EleMantal/Hazmat- A walking periodic table and biohazard
•	Manhawk- Bird beast and escaped criminal of Thanagar. Associated with Harpy, have a Bonnie and Clyde style relationship.
•	Deathwing- Former Talon and first apprentice to Owlman
•	Seer-Formerly Owlgirl, crippled information broker and terrorist hacker
•	Event Horizon- Tamranian slave and criminal accomplice to The Titans
•	Thruster Bronze-Con artist and criminal of the future
•	High Volt-Teenaged gangbanger with electrokenesis
•	Creature Man- Twisted Avatar of The Red and infamous poacher of endangered animals. Abuses wife and kids.
•	Scott Bound, aka Misfortune Man- Creator of inescapable prisons
