1- PLOT/INTRODUCTION:

Once upon a dreary time, when life was filled with chaos and crime, in the city of GrimmWell, hell broke loose, under the ground, so much the police could not be found. The times of the good, and peace has passed, by some the just system had been away cast. Crime, experiments, and drugs took a hold, heroes rose based on the old. " --- In the city of GrimmWell, crime is always an ever growing threat. The corruption within the city spreads so far, even the law enforcement are not cleared of such. Citizens rise up, against the threats, taking the law into their own hands or even joining in the spree that threatens the citizens and the city.

There are four main factions within the city and it's surrounding area. A sub-faction is the Black Market which is more for free lance. The four main Faction have pretty much-declared war on one another. Some strive to take out the Blanche family to no avail. Being unable to pin them for their crimes due to the ties they have. They are practically untouchable.

Some strive to merely keep the peace. While others want to be rid of all of their competition. May it be, the Tea party, the Coven. Or The almost untouchable Blanche Family.

3- RULES:
ROLE-PLAYERS: Roleplayers who love fantasy and comic books, as well as a good time are what we seek. Message Abigail or one of her alts to be added. Limited to THREE characters per body. If you really want to go past this? Talk to Abigail.

ROLE-PLAY: When a role-play is active, it may be room order, or members can decide for themselves. It would be best to set a number as a status for posting order. As for OOC banter, that is fine and dandy. It makes part of it fun. However please if an RP is going on, feel free to please cut back.

JOINING: All characters must be approved by the Admin before you can entirely engage.

CHARACTERS: OCs are accepted, in fact they are what we seek! All characters must have a slight base or splash of their original counterpart. For example, it can be something as trivial as the attire, or the insignia on their costume if they wear one.
Even their personality or abilities can be a nod.
This is a strictly OC driven room. Keep it that way.
Be a little creative.
If you need help at all? Ask Abigail. She will be more than willing to give you a list of Grimm fairy tales.

FACTIONS: So, there as of right now are four factions.
The Blanche Family{A Mafia-type family}
The Gryphons {A group dedicated to bringing down the Blanche Family and their allies}
The Coven {A group that remains shrouded in mystery, and all that is known is that some members claim to be witches.... Whether this is true or not has yet to be proven.
Queen's Circle {Drug Ring} The circle is competition for the Blanche Family, neither are allies, and there has countless blood baths.

MAGIC AND POWERS:So magic? Yes. Fine. Science based powers? Okay! No natural powers but you want to use tech? Sure! All powers must be run by the admin.

RACES: Okay now here is where the fun comes in, no gods, not goddesses. Experiments and humans are allowed.Witches and such as well. Lycans/werewolves. Werecats. They are okay if you specific who the another base is. I DO NOT want Cinderella's counterpart becoming a freaking Gryphon for the hell of it. Unless you can give me some way it can tie to the character. If you're unsure ask. But I repeat NO GODS! NO GODDESSES! NO NOPE!

COMMON DECENCY: If a member has another member in the group, it is advised that if bickering were to take place, it is kept in a PM. Check your drama at the door. This is honestly a place to have fun.

ACTIVITY: This is a problem, do not join the group and never post. Do not join the group and become active in the OOC chat. You are to check in with the admin if you are going to be gone, you will have week if you are neither active in the OOC nor the RP chat and have not reached out or responded to the admin's attempts to reach out. Lurking in the group and not posting or or posting oocly does not constitute as being active either. If you respond to the admin or follow up with them, your week will be expanded to to another week, however if you are gone for longer than 2 weeks with out a valid excuse, after the first attempt then you have lost your spot and if someone else is interested in that spot.

CODING: Okay, so this. This is a thing. I don't care if you have a basic profile. No fancy layout. But please have your information on. Do not expect the admin to do everything for you. We will help you to the best of our ability. But we will not do the entire character for you.

ADULT ROLE-PLAY: If you are here to indulge your sexual fantasies, please do not come in, or keep it in a private chat. If you have a sexual profile, it's an automatic nope. However, you are more than welcome to discuss with the admin about joining.

NPCING ETC.: Do not NPC other people's characters. It may kill other's drives to role-play within the room, and it's honestly pointless. You can NPC as NPC's though. That is just fine! Plot devices and all!

COMBAT: So combat rp is expected. But any 'death' matches must have a admin present. If the admin is the one fighting? Simply log the fight, and store it onto pastebin. And present the link to Combat overseer. be given the message log, be sure to get the log and give it to the admin. For death battles and all.

OOC ISSUES:If you are having problems with another member? Please bring it to the attention of the admin. And it will further be discussed. And handled as the admin sees fit.

DRAMA: So I can't believe I am putting this here. But it needs to be as I want this to be VERY clear. Drama is GREAT ICly. But ooc? No. Fuck no. This situation will be handled on a case by case basis. Past problems are just that past. So keep it there.
