That strange case with Ricin got stranger.  A Utah man was charged with threatening US government officials using the substance in which the deadly poison ricin is derived: castor beans.  In accordance with Utah papers, the Navy serviceman has a history of sending emails and a criminal record . Ricin is a poisonous agent that can take Unique forms, such as those of a purified powder, that can be fatal
Based on the Utah-based newspaper Deseret News, the man, identified as William Clyde Allen III, 39, got emotional during the courtroom proceedings.  When told that he could stay in custody pending a hearing on October 15, he burst into tears and told the judge that he was anticipating watching the forthcoming general convention of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had to help his disabled wife. Court documents have shown that the defendant charged with sending ricin-laced letters to high-profile US officials, including President Trump, also sent them to the Queen of England, Russian President Putin, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions. In February 2017, he reportedly sent a threat to Texas-based Lackland Air Force Base with a note reading,"I have a bomb to kill your people"
In both situations, he was interrogated by police law enforcement officers. The former US Navy serviceman was charged on Friday with sending bundles laden with ricin targeting US President Donald Trump, Defense Secretary James Mattis, FBI chief Christopher Ray, also US Admiral John Richardson.  He subsequently confessed to sending four envelopes containing harmless castor beans, which can be refined to produce ricin, accompanied by a note reading,"Jack and the Missile Bean Stock Powder." Allen clarified he bought the castor beans "to have them if World War III broke out" and that "he would make them useful, to keep arms and to defend our state."

The letters never made their way to the addressees and so were captured at a delivery office.  According to the court papers, FBI investigators easily zeroed in on the suspect because he wrote his return address on all the envelopes. The court complaint says this isn't the first time Allen has threatened government officials: in 2015, he sent the CIA vowing to"kill the president in the event the agency didn't cease infringing on his inherent rights."

Why would this guy put his address on the letter's? What is going on with this situation that just doesn't seem to make any sense. What is even worse to be is that the dude is from Utah and nearly 40? Do we have another rouge Qanon person on our hands? I reached out to Microchip on this one and he is MIA. I just can't get it out of my head that he said he was from Utah and about to do something crazy.
