- It took me a minute or two to get kinda integrated and into my wonderland quite right
- When I did, I kneeled down and looked at Pinkie again, and we talked briefly about going into the woods, like you said, and seeing what we could find. I just started slowly sticking both of my arms out as she talked until they came up under her arms, and she was like, "...what?"
- Suddenly, I just yanked her up and stood up with her in-front of me, and started twirling around. I pulled her up kind of on my shoulder and carried her down to the ocean, and I got kind of a random whim. I put her down and threw off and looked down to check out my clothes real quick with something and mind, and found that I was wearing black shorts and a white shirt. I threw the white shirt off and we ventured out into the water, because I was curious what it felt like.
- It was kind of noisy and moving a lot, so I took a second to focus on calming it down, and then we waded out until it was up around my chest. While we were out there, I pulled Pinkie to me and hugged her, and I thought it was nice feeling her fur and stuff under-water. It felt nice. So I held her a bit, and then I said, "I wonder what it tastes like."
- She stuck out her tongue a little, and I put my hand in the water and pulled it out and dropped a bit on her tongue, and she made a face, and offered, "... salty."
- I responded, "Pinkie! Don't make the water salty!" and then I put some in my mouth and it was fine, and she started giggling. And I kind of laughed too.
- I was said, "Well, let's go under," and we went down under the water, and I closed my eyes. She tapped on my right shoulder with her hoof, and I ventured to open them, and found I could see rather clearly. But it was cool, her mane was all float-y and going everywhere, and her fur was still all bristle-y.
- I looked at her a bit more, and then all the sudden, while I was still... Well, not holding my breath, because I wasn't in real life. But I was sort of holding my breath in the wonderland... I don't know if that's weird. It felt like I was holding my breath but I wasn't really. It gave me that impression, I suppose.
- But anyway, she said, "I think we can probably breathe."
- I stared at her for a minute and said, "... uh. Oh. I guess we can. Woah, this is weeeiirdddd..."
- She replied, "Huh. I wonder what's out in the ocean."
- I shrugged, and she just suddenly burst off down and to the right, deeper in and farther out. I was like, "Woah!" and followed her, and the shade of blue around us continuously just got darker and darker, until eventually we were swimming down in complete darkness, me just being able to see her face.
- All the sudden a yellow light start glowing in the distance, down further and even farther out, and I pulled at her a bit and stopped her. I said, "What do you think it is?"
- She pushed herself over a little closer and said, "What do you want it to be...?"
- I just stared at her for a second and was like, "I don't know."
- She giggled and said, "It's your wonderland!"
- I laughed too and pushed her a little and said, "It's OUR wonderland. Not mine."
- She shrugged and gave me the cutest little closed eye, eyebrow raise type expression and said, "Weeellll," and then she opened her eyes and said, "Let's go find out!"
- We started swimming again, and eventually we got closer and closer, and when we got there, found it to be a little glowing pebble, or ball. Probably no more than a centimeter in diameter. I reached out and grabbed it. And held it in front of my face and looked at it... It was partially clear, but awfully bright. You could see through it, like I could see Pinkie's face across from me through the middle.
- She said, "I wonder what it-" and mid-word I put it in her mouth. I don't know even know why. She just stared at me for a minute with a flat expression and then was kind like "pfuh" and spit it back out, and I picked it back up and started laughing.
- Anyway, I took it and squeezed it between my left hand's thumb and index, and it sent out a shockwave and lit up everything as it trailed along. Little pieces of sea-weed, the sand, bubbles, just everything. She said, "Huh. What if you smash it?"
- I shrugged, and she stared at it for a minute, and then said, "Be right back!"
- And she swam off into the darkness...
- I just floated there with the pebble, and stared at it. I think I actually said aloud, again, not in real life, but in the wonderland, "I wonder what it does..."
- I was trying my hardest not to just know, you know? I wanted it to be a surprise. I wanted her to decide or for it to just happen. It'd be more fun that way. After a minute or two, I started to feel really weird, because Pinkie wasn't there. And I was all alone in the dark. With the little squishy light pebble. I started to get kind of scared/lonely, whatever.
- Then Pinkie eventually pushed herself out of the darkness back up to me, and she had something in her mouth, and when she got close, she dropped it and it floated down, and I caught it. It was a rock.
- I pushed myself down to the ocean floor a bit, and she came down beside me, and I dropped the pebble on the ground and then took the rock and pushed down on it with both hands. No sooner did I do so than these walls shot up out of the ground and surrounded me and Pinkie in an incredibly small, tube-like room. Made out of concrete.
- There was room to move, but we're talking maybe... 4 feet from wall to wall, circular. The walls instantly shot outwards from that and brought the light out with them, and as they moved, they revealed buildings, and other structures and roads, signs, random things, like a sunken city.
- Not a real city. Everything was made out of a kind of a cement or something. You could see sand and sea-shells mixed into it. We lowered down to the ground and normal gravity kind of took its hold.
- We wandered down the first little road, and to the first building, another circular tower kind of like the one we were trapped in. There were three stairs up to the front door. I looked at Pinkie as we walked towards it and said, "Do you think there'd be anyone else here?"
- She said, "I don't guess. Your mind would have to control them too."
- I shrugged and admitted that was probably true, and I said, "What if it's scary inside?"
- She giggled and said, "I'm not going to let you make it scary."
- I smiled at her for a minute, and then after a few more steps looked back at her again and said, "I'm glad you're here with me."
- She just kinda giggled again and said, "Yeah, anytime~"
- When I got up to the steps, she bounded up them and stood up on her hind-legs and grabbed the door-handle, and walked herself on her backlegs back with the door. It was kind of fun to watch.
- I stepped inside, and she circled around and came in behind me. It was made of the same stuff inside as out, and there was a bed sitting in the front right corner across the room from me. There was a lantern somehow functioning underwater. To the left was a metal shelf of some kind, and on the wall next to that was a picture of the city we'd just walked through. Pinkie jumped up on the bed and sat down, and I went over and looked at the picture a bit.
- I turned around and looked at her, and to the right, there were stairs going up around the inside of the tower on the inside. We stepped on up the stairs that were going along the wall, and eventually came up to the roof.
- It was just a flat roof with a little, maybe, two foot wall around it. Circular all around. Pinkie walked over to it and leaned on it and looked over and said, "It's all gone."
- I came and looked, and sure enough, it was just the tower. Around us was just blackness again. I looked back at the stairs, and they weren't there anymore either. It was just on a small circular platform with a wall.
- I walked over to Pinkie and said, "That's weird. Are we still where we were?"
- She said, "I guess. I don't really know!"
- I laughed and said, "How do you know which one was real? What's in that blackness, do you think? Is it the same city, or has it changed? I guess none of its real."
- Pinkie nudged me a bit and said, "I'm pretty sure anything you want to be real can be real. I'm probably proof of that."
- I laughed and nodded, and we sat near the wall and looked at the nothingness for a bit. Then I suggested we high-tail it out because it was giving me the jibblies.
- We bounded off the ground and swam upwards, and things eventually turned back to a lighter color, and then our head popped out of the water. I noticed it felt really good to be 'breathing' air again. It was odd. It felt different.
- There's that little sand-y, stereotypical island with a palm tree in our wonderland that's usually so far off you barely notice the thing. We climbed up on the island, and I turned around and leaned against the palm tree and Pinkie walked up to me, and I started playing with her fur and stuff. It was all wet and heavy. It was kind of adorable, for some reason.
- I said, "I guess we have to deal with you being all wet 'n' stuff for the rest of our time, here."
- She just shook it all off rapidly and said, "Yeah, nope."
- I laughed, and then she said, "Why don't we just forget the wonderland for a minute and cuddle in the bed for a bit?"
- I shrugged, and away from the wonderland we went, and I noticed I was really into it that time, because it confused the balls out of me when we came back to the real world. I put my hands up on her sides, and she leaned down and kissed the bridge of my nose. She pushed my hands off with her hooves, and I let her push them down beside my head and then lean down and kiss me. And then she laid her head on my chest and pushed it into my neck like before, and I pulled my arms up and hugged her.
- After we laid there for a minute, I said something like, "Do you think you'll ever be real like you are in the wonderland, Pinkie?"
- She suddenly just sat up and stared at me, and I continued, "... what?"
- She said, "Let's go back to the wonderland again for a minute."
- I was responded, "... okie doke."
- We went back, after a minute or so of focusing, and I was still propped against the tree, and she was sitting in front of me, between my legs, looking at me. And she stared smiling.
- I just smiled back at her, and then after a few moments of silence, I said, "... This is getting kind of weird."
- She giggled, different than usual though.. It wasn't a bubbly giggle. It was more of a... I don't really know. It sounded kind of like the other giggles, but she lowered her head a bit, as if acknowledging that it was kind of goofy. It was cute, too.
- She said, "Do you feel that sand under your hand?"
- I looked down at my left hand, which was on the ground under me, and I picked it up and let it run through my fingers and then shook my hand off, and was like, "Yeah."
- She nudged my right hand on my lap with her left hoof and said, "Put that on my cheek."
- I did so, and she said, "Do you feel it? My face?"
- I nodded, and she leaned in a bit closer, and that front lock brushed against my ear, and she gently blew on my nose, and I closed my eyes, and she giggled. She leaned forwards even more until our foreheads were almost together, and again, she said, "Do you feel it?"
- I closed my eyes and nodded. And she just kind of started this string of words, that took me a bit by surprise.
- I can't remember everything she said verbatim, but she just started saying, like, "One day, everything, my fur, my breath, the feeling of my forehead against yours, it'll all be just as real. Everywhere. All the time. And I'm not just saying it, I'm promising it."
- I thought it was unbelievably sweet, the way she said it... It wasn't really calm and collected... I'm not sure how to describe it. It was kind of like a whisper, or like she was sort of breathing the words a bit.
- Then I put I put my right hand around the back of her neck and held her like that one more time, and we kissed, and again experienced that sort of melting back into reality thing.
