Chicken & Sausage In The Oven

Ingredients:
Sausage, raw, cut.
2-3 potatoes, washed, cut.
2 red onions, chopped roughly.
A whole chicken, cut into 4, with bones.
Olive oil.
Orange zest.
Basil.
Salt & pepper.
Paprika.

Method:
Mix some olive oil with salt, pepper and paprika.
Coat the chicken with the mixture.
Spread about 2 tbsp olive oil on whatever you're going to cook in.
Put the chicken and the sausage, onions and potatoes.
Preheat oven to 220-230C.
Sprinkle orange zest and basil on top.
Cook it for about 50-60 minutes or until chicken pulls apart easily.

Best served with rice.
