Gentle Fist - Gentle fist strikes an opponent's tenketsu (chakra points) to either seal or forcibly open them, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra.

Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion - Akari focuses a tremendous amount of chakra into one of her Truth-Seeking Balls and grasps it in her hand to create a giant golden sword of pure chakra.

Localised Reincarnation Explosion - Akari focuses her chakra cloak into one hand and creates a green orb that passes through the target's body, absorbing their chakra and leaving them unconscious.

Projection Technique - This technique enables the user to project an image of themselves in order to send a message.

Puppet-Cursing Sphere - Akari moulds her chakra into the form of a green-coloured sphere. The sphere can be used various purposes such as controlling targets by sending it into their body, reading their minds, absorbing chakra from a distance, checking if a target has a dormant Ōtsutsuki chakra, and detonating the orb if needed.

Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion - Akari focuses her chakra into one of her Truth-Seeking Balls and grasps it in her hand to create a powerful silvery typhoon.

Truth-Seeking Balls - Truth-Seeking Balls are hand-sized orbs of black chakra that users can use to alter its shape to serve for a variety of purposes. (Detonating/shaping like tools/using for attacks)

Summoning Technique - Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly and uses blood as a sacrifice.

Puppet Reincarnation - As a last resort, Akari summons countless Byakugan from the disintegrated Energy Vessel and infuses them into himself. The Byakugan seemingly grants him immense power, which is claimed to be capable of bringing about the end of the world

Tenseigan Chakra Mode - The Tenseigan Chakra Mode is a heightened transformation unique to those who possess the Tenseigan. Upon activating this form the user gains access to nine Truth-Seeking Balls. Basically strenghtens all of the user's attacks and durability.

-Backstory:
Akari was raised in the Hyuga clan Branch house, she grew up never knowing anything about her parents, only that her father was an Otsutsuki that lived on the moon. When Akari was small she would always get bullied for being different, pale skin, cat like nails, white hair, she hated all of those. Akari tried to change her personality since she knew she was weak and vurnerable, she kept getting emotionally hurt and she would sometimes even get beaten up in fights, that is when her double personality disorder started to form, Saiko was the completele opposite of Akari, she was bloodthirsty and noisy. Akari finally switched to Saiko for the first time when she was getting beaten up by an older Hyuga clan member durning practice, Saiko of course having more trust in her abilities won in no time, yet when Akari came back to mind she had no idea what was going on. Akari started fearing Saiko yet she still felt more secure with her around, she finally felt like someone understood her, like she wasn't alone anymore, like she had a sister. Yet Akari never wants to show Saiko to other people since she knew she would only get more bullied.

As time passed Akari started to awaken Tenseigan, though that sometimes made her lose control and be corrupted by her own personal emotions.

-Personality:
Akari is intellectually gifted but lacks social skills.
Due to the constant bullying she faced as a child, Akari is highly suspicious of other people, frequently accusing them of thinking bad things about her. She expresses her opinions freely and extremely bluntly, her sarcastic vibes more than often rubbing people the wrong way. Akari's unusually quick tendencies to self-victimize led to her being less social. She would rather be a blind follower of the group, even if the populist ideas clearly did not fit the situation.

Akari has a double personality disorder and she switches personality whenever she is put under pressure or sneezes. Akari's other personality is named Saiko Otsutsuki. Saiko and Akari share the same knowledge and emotions, but not memories. Saiko is blood-thirsty and potentially very dangerous, Saiko laughs a lot and likes to joke around and unlike Akari, she is very noisy and attention seeking.

Both Saiko and Akari can be pretty lewd and perverted, she oftenly attaches herself to one person and even stalks them, Akari and Saiko cannot take anything to their offensive by the person they love/admire.

-Appearance:
Akari has long white hair and blue eyes (who instantly turn white when byakugan is activated), she is average size and extremely weightless. Akari also has really pale extremely white skin, her nails look a lot more like a cats than a humans. When Akari switches to Saiko her appearence doesn't change yet she looks a bit more psycho, she has slightly darker eyes bags and her hair messes up.
