Follow these steps:
STEP 1: Send message to the person whose IP you want to trace/know.
STEP 2: Now open RUN dialog box and type cmd.
Step 3: Now within cmd, type netstat -an (This show the connection and established IPs)
STEP 4: See the established IP (Sender’s and receiver’s IPs)
STEP 5: Open this site:  https://www.iplocation.net
STEP 6: Paste the IP in the site that we have found.
