1. Entry is open to ROI residents, aged 18 or over, except employees and their families of Guinness Cork Jazz Festival, and each of its group companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. All entries/comments through third parties or agents will be deemed invalid.
3. By participating with Guinness Cork Jazz Festival competition, users will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the “Terms and Conditions” and agree to be bound by them.
4. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that if they are selected to be the winner they are providing their information to Guinness Cork Jazz Festival and not to Facebook.
5. Information regarding personal data, will be only requested by Guinness Cork Jazz Festival and Verve Marketing Ltd on behalf of Guinness Cork Jazz Festival, if you participate in the competition and you are selected to be a winner. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these.
6. ‘Terms and Conditions’ or as separately accepted by users. If a user has via a separate way (outside of this competition) agreed to receive communications from Guinness Cork Jazz Festival or a third party then their personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.
7. To participate in the competition, users must ‘’comment’’ and “tag” a friend on the competition post on the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival Facebook page.
8. A winner will be selected at random by a computer. They are notified the days following the publishing of the competition, with a reply from Guinness Cork Jazz Festival on the winning comment and asked to send over their personal details in a Private Message on Facebook to capture all details for the fulfillment of the prize won.

9.Full details of the prize include two tickets to the selected show being promoted at Guinness Cork Jazz Festival 2018.
10.Prize delivery within 14 working days after winners respond to Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.
11. Winners have up to one week to respond to Guinness Cork Jazz Festival to redeem their prize. If the winner does not respond within the time frame then  Guinness Cork Jazz will select a new winner for the prize.
12. There is no cash, credit or other alternative to the prize offered.
13. The prize can only be redeemed at the show for which the tickets are for.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) disqualify any entrant which the Promoter believes has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) use the same method to select an alternative winner in respect of any prize they may have won.
15. If an entrant is chosen as a winner, they will be contacted by Guinness Cork Jazz Festival for personal details the participant agrees for their email to be used as point of correspondence between the participant and Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.
16. Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity. By entering the promotion, winners agree to use of their name and image should the Promoter request they participate in promotional activity.
