Charges against Mattiasg9:
Assaulting, killing and insulting an allied leader and allied member.
	As shown in the evidence, Mattiasg9 assaulted, killed and insulted First Lord of TRFN WhenTidesRise as well as killing Aspirant mordanian.
Article XII. All other crimes not capital committed by any person or persons in the fleet, which are not mentioned in this act, or for which no punishment is hereby directed to be inflicted, shall be punished by the laws and customs in such cases used at sea.
Article XI. If any officer, mariner, soldier, or other person belonging to the fleet shall behave in a foolhardy or vulgar nature while in any sort of command they shall be courtmartialed and punished accordingly.
	Mattiasg9 made it quite clear he enjoyed killing the civilians instead of setting an example.
Article V. Any person of the fleet who shall fail to follow orders given by his division officer, commanding officer, or flag officer they shall be courtmartialed and punished accordingly.
	Failed to follow Mith1's orders which were to stop crowding WhenTidesRise, and instead, he drew arms and killed him.

Charges against crystal9659:
Assaulting an allied leader and allied member.

Please watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGIEzZcGxn0&feature=youtu.be and comment on it. As the previous First Lord of TRFN, I ask you to take action of this hostility to an ally. Alert will be hearing about this, and I am sure the king will as well.

The reasoning for me boarding the ship, as well as being there, was to discuss with the commanding officer of the port (I assumed they were on the ship, as it was the biggest spawned) the reports of a TRFN member being killed (specifically mordanian), while on the merchant team and breaking no rules. Combined, we asked permission to board the navy vessel three times and as well stated we were french allies. No response was given, so we boarded. Upon boarding, we had weapons drawn on us. Looking through the video, at all times at least once weapon was drawn on us and we stated at least a half dozen times that we were french, and I First Lord. Throughout the time on the ship, we were humiliated at the lack of decency and respect given by the crew, excluding dramarex1234567890 ship captain who was more than pleasant with us and at no time, ordered us off his ship. During the period on the ship, crystal and mattiasg did nothing but harm us and laugh at us.

Without having an admiral present to schedule the court martial, Grillstar and I held a Greenwich Disciplinary Hearing as Mattiasg9 is already under suspension by Nylon1024 for team killing. His suspension was extended from one week, to two. Mattiasg was informed that a court martial determining his actions would be held later on. I am seeking action taken towards both these individuals as most of the crew was warrant officer+, and few of them were able to act their rank.
