A man all three heads of branch would recognize's face pops up on screen. It is the Rise colony head director and board chairman for the colony, R. Stagram, a human of middle age, with graying hair and a well trimmed, salt-and-pepper beard, kept short and cropped. He sits in a chair in his office in the center of the colony, overlooking sector 001 in the colonies heart. Addressing the recording device taking the message, he appears cool and confident, with a mild smile on his lips.

"Well then. Let's get this over with. Recent reports have given me some cause of... concern. As a result, I would like to meet with each of you to discuss matters of importance. You are ALL to attend. Should you need or desire, you may appoint one or two personnel to accompany you. When I receive a reply, I expect it to include a date and time to do so. Consider this... touching base. I will be doing the same with all other colony sectors and precincts, you all are merely the first in line."

Stagram leans back in his office chair, continuing to stare into the camera.

"In any case, EarthGov's board of directors for Earth as a whole have told me they wish to ensure a 'fluid exchange of information' between all levels of our wonderful company and all branches. Should any of you have suggestions to do so, please ensure to ready them. I'll be speaking to you all in person soon enough."

And with that, the message ends, fading into EarthGov's normal logo in blue and white.
