Anyway, lets begin.
Topic #1
-Further discussion on RDM reports as of 2015
Some of the staff members have been confused on weather they should handle their own report or not so i am going to explain it.

Me and fadi have been discussing about how rdm reports should be handled and i understand some of you are confused. We have decided that if you are a super admin+, then you can handle your own reports. If you are any rank lower, please make sure of the following:

If you get "rdmed" and you send an rdm report, you are allowed to handle it on your own. If you get reported for rdm, considering that another staff member is on, they will handle it. This way we can make sure that no staff are getting away with punishments.


Topic #2
-I understand people like to have fun but this for example is not acceptable:
(?) has roundbanned (?) for 9999999999 rounds.

We need to be professional when it comes to punishments. People like to have fun, i get it but when regular players see people getting roundbanned for 99999 rounds, they think about how immature the staff member must be. Please do not abuse kick/ban/roundban. Thanks <3


Topic #3
-A brief discussion on how long people should be banning/when they should.

I would like to give a few examples on how long people should be banning for.
Example: 1 accidental rdm = 1 roundban
1 RDM = 1 roundban for regular & 2 for staff
2 RDM = 2 roundban for regular & 3-4 for staff or 1 day ban
3 RDM = 1-3 day ban
4 RDM = Week ban
Some exceptions may apply: Being a detective and they rdm you = 1-7 day ban

Non-English names = kick & remind. If they join back with same name, then ban them for a day.

prop killing= Reg=1-2 roundban & staff=1 day ban

t baiting= 1-2 roundban and if done again, 1 day ban

People not listening to staff= 1-7 day ban

Mass RDM 1-2 week ban

Ghosting: Permanently

Mic spam/chat spam= Mute/gag & if they continue afterwards, then its a day ban.

Cheating/hacking = Pertinently

Topic #4
-If staff go inactive for over 2 weeks without an inactivity thread, they will be removed from staff and may only reapply once they start being
active.

Staff need to make an inactivity report if they are going inactive. LAST WARNING.

Topic #5
-Important discussion about TTT during the times of 10PM-5AM PST.

Regular players have complained about "RDM" on the server during these times when usually staff are offline. If you can stay on during these times, i would defiantly appreciate it.


Topic #6
-When a guest makes a abuse report or any report against our staff members (you) on the forums, it's always beneficial to have evidence on your side when making your perspective clear on the matter. Take screen shots of the in game text chats, RDM reports, and if possible, record the following session so that the accuser and other staff members have a clear understanding of the situation.
This is more of a reminder than a topic of discussion, but it helps any new members who are not aware of this suggestion.

Abusing teleports other than noclipping to get out from being stuck, also regulars or guests that are stuck should just kill themselves or teleported to a secure place to avoid getting stuck again.

Teleport command is a useful tool for getting people "unstuck" from places which has happened on many occasions. Please don't abuse it.
