The time has come to deport the Gabbers. We have waited a month to see if they would integrate with our culture but have failed to do so. Before, when users joined SPC, they've come with the intention of joining our community. This time, it's different; instead of integrating, they've formed a clique on the site totally separate from the rest of the community. They're flooding the timeline with their stupid american culture war seriousposting instead of proper shitposting and only talk amongst themselves, turning this place into Gab 2. These Gabbers have nothing but contempt for us. They are just using our server space with no intention of giving back in any way. In order to protect what is ours, we have to deport them.

Shitposter.club is a unique instance with it's own culture and one of the few where everyone here reads from the local timeline, so you can get interactions without ever having to follow anyone. Like attracts like, and if we welcome Gabbers, they will attract more of their ilk.

This isn't a purge on right wing opinion havers. We have many users here who are of the "Hitler did nothing wrong" persuasion that are a part of our community. This is a purge against newfags that are changing what SPC is through sheer numbers and turning it into another yet another explicitly political instance instead of just using one that already exists.

Shitposter.club will remain a site where you can do and say anything you please, but to have freedoms like this, you need some level of exclusivity. Kicking the newfags and setting the server to invite-only for a while is not a crime. It's border enforcement. If you've been on the internet for longer than a few years, you would know the phrase "eternal september". We all have fond memories of other communities we were a part of before they got ruined by newfags. Don't let memories of SPC just become nostalgia. We don't have to be this way. We have the power to stop this.

To Gabbers: You are not welcome here. You're idiots by default for signing up to a centralized honeypot. You only came here because Gab shut down after taking your money. There are many other instances that are open for you to join where you can whine about jews and niggers 24/7, so you don't really lose anything from this. Many of you are already on other instances like freespeechextremist.

To oldfags who follow Gabbers for some reason: You are also not losing anything by doing this. Chances are, they'll just instance hop and you can just refollow them.

2. This isn't "remove people who don't agree with my principles.". This is "remove cyber-squatters who shit on the floor and show open contempt towards everyone not in their clique". They are free to continue to participate in the fediverse.
