Perma Frost

Perma, part of the Frost Family, distant relative of the Cold family.

Perma is a general in the Freeza Force, sitting around a power level of 73,000 he's quite secure in his position.

Used to commanding legions of troops his job was to put down minor rebellions and occasionally conquer rival Empires.

Perma likes to dabble in things like xenoarchaeology, this is mostly done after his forces have annihilated all living things on a planet, for him it's something to pass the time between the small wars against rebels and other sundry thing. Enjoys fine wines and various fine meals, particularly fried fish.

His style of fighting involves mainly melee combat, using his superior speed and natural armour to tank most hits, his ki based attacks are mostly short range explosions or quick energy waves. He prefers beating his opponent to death with his fists rather than vaporizing them as it is much more personal and satisfying.

Perma, sadly, is a victim of fratricide, one of his family members began spreading rumours that Perma was looking for a new form to challenge Lord Freeza himself. Utterly untrue of course Perma was absolutely loyal -Freeza was family after all-, but they reached the ears of freeza anyways. Hearing this he offered Perma a choice, prove his loyalty by taking a fortress world that was virtually unassailable or die.

It was during one of the brutal battles on the world where Perma was to meet his end, he had come across a pair of warriors who were able to perform some kind of fusion, the battle was going poorly and sensing his end Perma decided to end it with one last act of defiance and loyalty, with an oath to lord Freeza he charged his strongest ki attack and aimed straight down, hitting the core of the planet and obliterating it. He was engulfed by a bright light as the planet exploded and rather than feeling the momentary pain of vaporization he was met with the sight of a giant dragon and someone saying "welcome to the Time Patrol." behind him.
