Link me EuRandomly Up! Rank 2 Tournament - Sunday August 26 2018 (time pending)

Depending on the amount of people entering will affect how many rounds, but most likely will be in Swiss format. Game used will be BN6 (Either version is fine)

This will be a unique tournament, where no preparation is needed. You will not need a folder or NC, as you will be given a set NC to be used for the whole tournament. The folders will be set based on random battle rank 2 and will be pulled from a random pool of chips as how it is determined in game.

Although unlike a normal EuRandom Tournament, EVEN YOUR NAVI WILL CHANGE BETWEEN ROUNDS. YOU COULD HAVE MEGAMAN ONE ROUND, OR HEATMAN ANOTHER. WHO YOU'LL GET, NO ONE KNOWS.

Rules: All battles will be triple and you will have 7 minutes to make your folder once the options are made. I will link the chip folder list you will be using between rounds, which will be determined at random. You must record your folder building and matches.

In the event of a desync, replay the round. In the event of connection failure in general, both players will fight protoman FZ using the folder given at the start of the round for 4 minutes. Faster time moves on. But if the same player is unable to connect twice in a row, then that player will be removed from the tournament. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONNECTION ON HAMACHI/VBA BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT).

Since the Megaman that will be used in this will be Link Navi Megaman, aka Mega Man SP, you will be allowed two programs ONLY.

Same restrictions as normal Random Battle apply when using Megaman in battle.

No Crosses
No Beast out



Using crosses or beast out will result in an instant loss. So do not use it.

Reg chips must be 30 mb or less. Tag is more or less the same.
