Are you able to record on the server?: Yes, I have multiple recording softwares and I use OBS frequently. I often use it to record offenses I see in chat or just general offenses. Just as some extra insight the softwares that I do have include: OBS, Action, ShadowPlay, and, Camtasia.

Do you have access to a working microphone and can you use it?: Yes, I also have multiple devices capable or recording and transmitting audio. Once again for some extra information these devices include but are not limited to: Audio Technica AT2020 XLR Microphone, Blue Snowball Black ICE Edition, Logitech Wireless Headset w/ built in microphone.

Do you have Discord?: Yes, not only do I have discord but I use it frequently. I also have fairly extensive knowledge on Discord server back-ends. While I am not a developer I do know how to use the Discord API to manage a servers settings such as: Ranks, Bots, Punishments, and Formats.

When did you first join IslandMC?: I have joined fairly recently however, I was referred by a friend and don't have any regrets. IMeanItMeem not only showed me the server but started an island with me and we have had a blast expanding and enjoying Skyblock once again! While I am new to the server I have familiarized myself with the rules and functions of the server and I am prepared to assist all players if and when needed.

How many hours do you spend on IslandMC daily and weekly?: Since there is no simple answer to this question I will leave below a detailed schedule of my playtimes. These of course may vary based on certain circumstances and situations. If and when something in this schedule needs to change I will make sure to notify all staff if I am accepted.

Do you have previous experience in moderating communities?: I have a considerably extensive amount of experience when it comes to moderating, assisting and, managing communities. Some of my experiences are listed below.

Position: Helper & Moderator
Role of position:
Helper: As a helper I would do exactly what the name entails. While I did have temp-ban and mute as well as other basic punishment commands I would mostly just answer questions as well as talk to some players on the servers teamspeak.

Moderator: As a moderator I would generally assist with all players, however I personally was assigned the task of debriefing new staff members. So in addition to basic question answering, resolving issues, punishing and etc. I would show the new helpers how to do their job, what the would be doing and things of that sort.
Average players: About 40 - 100
Resigned / Demoted: Resigned
Time as staff: Approximately 11 months

Position: Leader & Administrator
Role of position:
Leader: As a Leader you would also generally just lead the server. Multiple leaders were assigned to various tasks. For example one leader could be in charge of leading a certain group of staff members or lead certain events. To summarize we were basically glorified admins with specific assignments.

Administrator: As an administrator you would do very general but useful work on Mineplus. Not only would you help with players, but you would manage lower down staff members, help anyone with serious problems (such as payment issues) including staff if necessary, talk to the other administrators about staff performance, and just generally manage the server.

Position: Trainee
Role of position:
Trainee: As most of you probably know Trainee is just a fancy word for helper. So again I would just generally answer questions that the community members had. While I was very active on their the higher ups really weren't so I never got promoted. However, that didn't stop me from helping each player I came across until the day I finally decided to go in a different direction.

Time as staff: Approximately 1 & 1/2 months

Are you currently staff on any other servers?: No I am not staff on any other server at this point in time. I do not intend to apply on other servers either, I have been completely overtaken by how good IslandMC is as both a server, a community, and really a home to some.

Why do you want to become a member of the staff team?: While this question can't be answered too simply I will try my best not to make this unnecessarily long. The main reason that I would like to join the IslandMC staff team is because I am in love with helping people. By no means am I exaggerating when I say I will help anyone at any time because it makes me feel good to know that I made someone else feel good. Another main reason as to why I would like to become a staff member on IslandMC is because of the community. So far from what I have seen not only are the staff lovely, but the people are too! Everyone is so nice and not one person I have spoken to so far has been rude, mean or antagonizing in any way. I even met someone who was intentionally spamming and when I asked them to stop they simply did. I'm not a helper but if you were to ask me that's pretty impressive and it just goes to show that kindness goes a long way.

One slightly smaller reason but something I still find to be significant is the fact that I love skyblock. Most minecraft players I meet are usually PVP tryhards (not to be rude). It's a nice change of pace to see a nice community of people who just chill and play the game for fun instead of extremely competitive. To see everyone so nice and serene just makes me want to give them some kind of reward like helping them with even more than I already can. These are the reasons as to why I would love to be a helper on IslandMC.

List 3 of your strengths and 3 of your weaknesses: Since I like to consider myself to be a positive person I will begin with my strengths and then list and explain my weaknesses.
Strengths:
- I am a people person so I work well with others.
- I am an intelligent young man who strives for greatness.
- I learn quickly and efficiently and I am not afraid to ask questions.

Weaknesses:
- I can work myself to hard at times
- I put too much pressure on myself
- I have a slight difficulty managing my time well


What skills/abilities can you bring to the staff team?: Some skills and abilities that I find will be most useful are the fact that I am highly experienced as a moderator / helper. I am a decent graphic designer and minecraft designer. I am decent at building, and I have honors level school knowledge which may help in various cases. I also speak four languages (3 fluently, 1 semi-fluently) that include: English, Polish, Portuguese, and Italian.

Why should we choose you over someone else?: I believe that I am a prime candidate as as staff member because of my experience, my knowledge and my abilities both as a helper and as a person. As I have stated in my strengths I am a hard worker and I don't easily give up on people. I think that with my combined traits that form who I am as a person that we will have an awesome time working together and making the server a better place.

What's something unique about you?: Some things that most people don't know about me are that, I'm actually quite shy even though I am pretty upfront and open with people, that I am really short for my age, and that I have a cat named Caramel. (I also do speak four languages but that is already stated above)
