Obata Yuna(17) of SKE48 graduates from the group on the 31st. Following Matsui Jurina(22) and Matsui Rena(27), Obata has served as the 3rd solo center in the history of SKE48. "I'm glad I entered SKE. I want to join SKE again, even if I'm reborn." The reluctant last message and thoughts from Nagoya’s best idol.

---You will have your final performance on the 26th and will graduate from SKE on 31st
Obata: I didn't feel it until just before, but the members talked about me at the graduation show, and the fans cheered me up, and I felt that "Oh, I won't be there" . There was also a little sadness.

---Still, there were no tears until the end
Obata: The letter from Hidaka Yuzuki made me nervous. The letter I received from Rara also touched my heart. I atleast felt a little loneliness.

---The reason for graduating from the group
Obata: Before the new school year started, I wanted a clean break and to move on to the next step. I've been thinking about it since the latter part of last year.

---You decided to take on a different path
Obata: Yes, it feels kind of like that.

---What are your family`s thoughts on you leaving SKE?
Obata: Although my parents keep telling me to do as I please, I think deep inside they don`t want me to quit. And my grandma ( the one who recommended I join SKE) even told me,　“you could have stayed a little bit longer”.

---Once you have decide are you the type to go after what you want?
Obata: Yes. Its either 0 or 100. There is no middle

---- After graduating you did mention that you wanted to dye your hair
Obata: I have a handshake event on April 6. I intend to go and dye my hair the next day.

---By the way, what color?
Obata: Olive Beige.

---Plans after graduating
Obata: My hobbies are making hand made items, I intend to pursue that. I love fashion so I would like to be a designer someday. I`ll start with handmade then gradually make my way there.

---Entertainment activities?
Obata: Haven’t thought about it as of the moment.

---On the activities you have performed with SKE for the past 4 years.
Obata: Last summer and fall, we appeared in a variety of live events, I was thankful for being able to attend so many events. It is nice to be told that "SKE live is good". Even if everyone is taking lessons, the fans and their own seniors say various things. I felt like SKE was a hot group.

---When you say hot?
Obata: Especially before and after live events theres this tension in the air, its like this is SKE. Everyone is like they “don’t betray the fans.” “put on a good show” “SKE made it this far”. There is this kind of nervous tension in the air. When was that, there was a time while we were rehearsing when Makikosan (Captain) said “If you don’t want to practice then go home.” “I don’t want to work with those kinds of people.” She got our tension up. That pierced my heart in a good way. I could feel how our Seniors felt about the stage and how they do their best. It made me think, I want to follow their lead.

---You’ve grown a lot these 4 years.
Obata: I couldn’t speak around when I first joined SKE. I could just nod and or shake my head and say thank you. But the part just before team KII’s final song was my responsibility. The fact that I made it into SKE has made a big impact on my life. I was kind of a shy type and simply couldn’t put myself forward, I feel like thanks to SKE I was able to bring the real me out.

---The real you?
Obata:　In my roots I like to have fun. I want to be in the middle of circles where everyone shout waah, I like to tease and be teased. But, I have kept that side of me hidden. Until I joined SKE I was the girl who read books in the corner, after what I have experienced here I feel like now I am suddenly able to be the girl who can stand in the middle of the class. (laughs)

---Are you glad you got into SKE?
Obata: Yes, I’m glad. It made me realize that I can change this much. I was able to bring the real me out.

---Even if your reborn you would want to join SKE?
Obata: Yes, I would. Someone with absolutely no self-confidence, actually made it this far. If I did not join SKE I do not know who I would be now. The reason I made it this far is thanks to all the fans. I think they are really a good group.

---In the future when you have your own daughter, would you want them to join SKE?
Obata: Yes. (laughs) Although it will depend on how the child feels, I would like to get them in. Which is why I want SKE to continue with their fierce passion and all-put performances.

---To be able to play in Nagoya dome again is the group’s goal
Obata: I would like to see all the member stand on the Nagoya stage. I’ll bring a pen light. I want to see the dome painted orange (SKE group color).

---Your last message as an idol
Obata: The reason I was repeatedly able to make it these past 4 years is because of the fans. I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you so much.
