Artificial Phoenix

The application I wanted to make for Miyo with more mechanical quirks:

-Rebirthing as a child with 10% RPP. This is to compensate for the fact that it would be the same character with the ability to keep all of her memories, just like a Phoenix is able to. (it would only be a start of 23 right now if so since she's 232 RPL- rounding up to 230).

-Rebirthing at a much younger age to represent that "being reborn through her flames" type of thing. Where she'd burst into flames on death and emerge from those ashes again. She is not immune to age nerfs for being a child or growing old.

-Allowed to keep her abilities of Order magic, AKA telekinesis at v1, even if she's developed higher order magic throughout her life (if allowed given her attunement with the Lifestream and connection to Genmei)

-She'd lose every other specially developed ability (hiddens, outside of Phoenix Summoning, Order Magic, and clearly fire). Everything else would have to be redeveloped for so she wouldn't be too overly powerful upon remake.

---She must absolutely always have fire magic due to the nature of the Phoenix. No other elemental abilities. Metaphysical and Ether can be allowed, though she'd still have the additional cost of +1 on them regardless.

-This would have a cooldown of 20 IC years, or more, depending on Admin approval. That way it's not too overpowered and it helps her to keep that same ability of rebirthing on death- it would also apply to old age should she pass by the time she hits normal life expectancy age. (Doubtful given how she is in her personality.

-Following the above regard, should Miyo Yuumi die within that cooldown timespan she would become dead permanently since her life-force hasn't properly healed from the before demise, even if she is attuned with Eternia to such degrees. Therefore the rebirth would not apply to this case- each rebirth would be documented and accounted for in its cooldown. Perhaps a minor nerf to compensate for the rebirth on vitality may be doable as the percussion alongside the whole rebirth (but only upntona certain amount of years, like 5-10)!

Fluffable quirks:
Given these are the character's end-game goals, I will go ahead and add them all within. These are all things Miyo has been actively developed with, or towards!

Cleansing Depravity, as per usual, and healing spaces that have been warped entirely by its effects.

Being known as an artificial Phoenix. It was to either merge herself with Genmei, and or contact multiple Phoenix for this special developed blessing. Glorious Inferno would be considered just a half-shift, but the above listed mechanics would make her into this notion. An Artificial Phoenix.

Halting Riftmancy. In her presence, the ability of Riftmancy is entirely negated due to the Lifestream's attunement for Miyo and natural ability of regeneration around herself of it. (Tier of higher Order magic in this case, though any tier of TK can still be developed on top of this and reduce should she rebirth from the above reasons).

Become a teacher. Given Agartha's conclusion, I ask this:
Outside of this, the application was going to ask for other special abilities, such as the potential of the character coming into E3 if only to be a special teacher for Order magic if Telekinese is being reintroduced, Phoenix things if other characters are interested, to teach about the Illuminated and remain as the Chancellor for the Religion if it's not introduced on Esshar, teach fire abilities, and be a support character without too much interjection if possible.
